A short trailer of the video program

Fear plays a vital role in protecting us from danger.

Whether through the response of fight, flight or freeze.

We are equipped with an incredible system for surviving genuine threats to our existence.

We instinctively react, and if our reaction is successful, we survive and the danger goes away.

If we’re not successful we die.

Fortunately for us humans, the genuine threats to our life are very few, and most of those come from other humans.

So our chances of fear ever leading to something life threatening are extremely slim.

But when the threat is imaginary, neither happens.

We don’t perish.

But the danger doesn’t go away either.

Instead, we’re left to live with it forever, battling it in our minds, trying to fight it, avoid it or think it through.

The heightened state of anxiety that was designed to be used in short bursts to help us survive becomes permanent.

Imaginary dangers are mostly created by our own narrative.

Reacquainting yourself with a mindful approach to life

Imagine you could find a way to reduce the stress in your life, free yourself from anxiety, depression, and regret, and enjoy increased happiness and more peaceful relationships, all while remaining calm and in control.

Now imagine that, by achieving that happier mental state, you became less susceptible to sickness, injury, tiredness, and pain.

This program shows you how you have the power to achieve this happy state quickly, easily, and without making any sacrifices.

What prevents you from being mindful?

Increasingly, mindfulness is being seen as the antidote to a whole host of 21st-century problems: like work-life balance, multi-tasking, peer pressure, cyber bullying, self-image, sleep deprivation, anger, tech addiction, and drug addiction.

As we get caught up in the vicious circle of anxiety and stress, the need for a way to cut out the noise and find the mental space to think clearly becomes paramount.

According to many research sources, average stress levels are higher today than at any other time in history.
We’re afflicted by new illnesses, and mental health issues are on the rise.

At the same time, we’ve become rightly sceptical about the reliance on pharmaceuticals to treat these conditions. There’s a desire to find cures that don’t involve drugs.

In short, there’s a growing desire for peace, some respite from the clamour of modern life, escape from the vicious circle of anxiety, depression, and stress.

The good news is that escape is easy. By following a simple set of instructions in this program, you can develop the ability to live a happy, healthy life.

In Jan 2021, I tried Allen Carr’s Easyway after AA as a last resort. I did the 5 hour course and then got on with life. I didn’t even realise I wasn’t drinking! Amazing. [In 2022] did the 8 week mindfulness course. I didn’t expect to gain as much as I did. I just wish it was longer!

What is mindfulness?

expand_more

Mindfulness is a wonderful way of reconnecting with yourself and regaining control and influence over all aspects of your life. It doesn’t necessarily get rid of problems or issues – or even solve them – but it can fundamentally change the way you think and feel about them and make sure that you minimise their impact on you mind, body, and spirit or simply don’t allow them to impact you at all.
