I quit smoking with this Book. I am so happy to be a NON-SMOKER~!!!!!

But there is one thing!!!

I really wish that You Would publish the Book in KOREAN!!!!

I am from South Korea, lucky enough to read English Books but there are so many who can not!! And do you know that Korea is almost Rank 1. for the number of smokers?

From Allen Carr's Easyway : The book has been published by Haneon Community at www.haneon.com.

I know so many smokers who are wishing to stop smoking which includes my beloved Father.

Please~~!! I would help my best as I can to publish and promote the book.!!!!

I really wish you would.

I finished reading the Easyway book today and I have no real doubts in my mind that I’ve smoked my last ciggy -whether I like it or not! I feel a slight apprehension because it feels like such a long time since I went without smoking but already I feel liberated and have stopped making excuses to have a cigarette. I already feel pity and not envy for those I’ve seen in the street smoking. Allen Carr’s book is the best I have ever read and might possibly save my life!

I stopped smoking about 3 months ago after reading Alan’s book. I tried to stop for years and only managed 1 or 2 weeks then started all over again. The book gave me the confidence I needed to become a non-smoker. I am so thankful that Alan made it is life work to share his knowledge and help me to be happy and proud of myself. I’m going to read his Easyway to lose weight now…not a result of becoming a nonsmoker just getting lazy!!

3 years ago I was having treatment for breast cancer and felt bad about smelling of cigarettes around the medical staff at the hospital – and the irony of the situation was not lost on me! So I decided to quit and came across Allens book – whamo – it was like a little miracle. I put out that final cigarette and I know a few years on that I will never touch another one again. What a contribution to have made – a remarkable man whose legacy will live on in the lives of all those people who gave up the easy way. THANKS ALLEN

For 15 years smoking 2 packs a day I tried to stop only once, last year, and it lasted 15 HOURS. What a failure. A year later, I got this book from my brother-in-low. I said: “No way there’s an ‘easy way’ 2 quit smoking. No-no. ‘been there – done that. It’s a hell I am not planing to go through again.” Then I read the book. Then I quit. It was almost a month ago. Now i know i will never smoke again.

I could not find appropriate words to express how I feel right now, but I think that simple THANK YOU will do the magic. Also wish to thank you in the name of my friends and family who also quit smoking after they read THE book.
Right now I am reading “Scandal” paper and I think that we should join our efforts to advocate Allen Carr’s method.

Thanks again dear mr. Carr, so sad you’re not with us, but with millions you helped, your idea is still being promoted around the world. RIP, your goal is to be reached soon.

started smoking 2 years ago at 40!!! how stupid am i? gradually went from a couple a day…to 5 a day , 10 a day, then 20 a day.
our kids hate us smoking. they have been accused of smoking themselves at school because of our disgusting habbit.
read allens book over 2 days, couldnt put it down. smoked my head off while reading it, then about halfway thru, i was sooo excited about getting to the end and that “final cigarette!”

stopped just like that, only 2 days ago, but no cravings atall! my husband has just picked up the book but is doing the willpower method in the meantime and he’s REALLY suffering. i would say dont stop till youve read the book. it makes you read it and take it in better, then the penny drops and you just DONT WANT TO SMOKE ONE MORE FAG, EVER!
i cant stress how easy this is .
i have had a couple of “right, get a cigarette” moments, but they pass in seconds, no pain, no craving. i feel 110% confident i will never smoke again. why the hell would i?
thank you allen. RIP.xx

I run a public house in Lancs and one of our regulars came up to me and started going on about this book that helps you quit smoking. To be really honest I didn’t really think much of it but this guy said it made him quit so I thought I’d give it a go as it’s pretty hard to quit when everyone else is smoking around you and I felt I needed a bit of a push.

I’ve been smoking for over 10 years and managed to quit just once for six months using nicorette gum but started again on a girls night out 6 months later!!

I got the book and couldn’t put it down, I felt I could relate to all of it, I actually sat up until 1am and read the entire book in one day, I’ve not felt the need for a cigarette yet and hopefully will never again!!!

I was upset to hear Allen himself had died of lung cancer last year…

I now hope for many smoke free years!

Thank you Allen xxxx

I cannot believe that Easyway isn’t the Medical Professions number one recommendation on how to quit.

I have been a smoker for 15 years and tried a few times to give up in that time. The longest ‘attempt’ lasting two and a half weeks.

Today is my 14th day as a non smoker. I have not yet passed my ‘record’, but I know that this time I have done it. I have escaped the prison that is the Nicotine Trap.

Everyday as a non smoker has been wonderful. I have had no cravings. No desire to return to the disgusting cancer sticks. My friends at work have also given up with EasyWay and likewise are happy and amazed at the ease that the system brings to kicking the addiction.

Much thanks to Allen Carr, it is a shame that you will not be able to read these words now. But you were a genius, who deserves to have your message delivered to everyone on the planet. When they hear the obviousness of the truth, smoking cigarettes will become obsolete.

I was a 50/60 a day smoker and had been smoking for 39 years. In my time I ahd tried stopping using will power, (I haven’t got any!), patches, (too expensive and not effective), hypnotism, (worked for about a week), nicorette chewing gum, (the most disgusting substance on earth, including cigarettes).

Nothing worked until my daughter gave me the book and informed that if I wanted to hold my soon to be born first grand-child, I had to read the book and stop smoking.

I finished the book on 7/12/06 and have not smoked since, and have found no desire to go back.

I’m working in a remote location in the UAE, and have helped two other heavy smokers to stop. I and am currently trying to track down an Arabic version of the book for another colleague.

It is incredible what your method has done for me. I always thought I was never going to be able to quit smoking, untill I took the therapy in Mexico City. It has been more than 1 month that I haven`t touched a cigarette, and the smell of cigarette smoke has become very unpleasant for me. Friends and co-workers are completely amazed that they never see me smoking anymore.
Something in my mind has changed from one moment to the other that day of the therapy. Cigarettes are undesirable since then. Send you all my love. Thank you.

yes I am writing to tell you that something I never thought would happen to me did!!!!
I had been a smoker for more than 50 years and had been wanting to give it up for a very long time as I was suffering with what I thought was asthma ( turned out to be chronic obstuctive pulminary disease)
like all cigarette addicts I had tried so may different things ( patches, gum, hypnotherapy. had spent a lot of money and was at a loss to know what to do about it.

on reading the sunday paper one day I saw an article on this programme that promised you a full refund of your money if it didnt work ( well you can imagine how I felt) I phoned and was told the sessions were all booked out for a few months so being very disappointed I told the lady ( dianne) that I really had to attend as she was my last hope and told her my history well she kindly squeezed me in for a just a few weeks later. I attended on july 29th 2006 and now on march 17th 2007 I have never had a smoke in my mouth , cant stand the smell and know for certain that I will never ever poison my self any more. so I am truly in your debt and I thank you for me, my family,my partner ( who also gave it up)truly a miracle!!!! yours truly gwen garrett

I was your average smoker, 20 a day for over 20 years (can this monstrosity really be “average”?), convinced by several ill-prepared, ill-informed attempts that quitting would be hell.

One day my wife reported that my 2 year old son told her that he was “pretending to have a cigarette in the garden”.

It proved too much for me. I couldn’t be so addicted that I was preparing my son to become an addict too.

Unconceivable, but still, I was full of fear about the idea of not smoking ever again. Me becoming a non-smoker? But I’m SOOO addicted!

Back to square one: so addicted that I could live with the possibility that I could in any way influence my son to become an addict too (or any other child)?

Fear of succeeding AND fear of failing…

How can I live with both?

Something had to give.

So decided to face my fear of failing. And decided to become a non-smoker again (I was one before I started smoking, so there must be a viable version of me as a non-smoker!).

Agreed to get some help – what would be the point of going macho at that stage, and make it all on my own? I had decided that the only thing that mattered was the end result: to quit smoking. Don’t care about the process. Don’t care about the pain (although painless would still be preferred over painful…).

Booked in an Allen Carr clinic as I understood that their success rate was high, and it was free (if estimated in number of non-smoked cigarettes, given the terms of the money back offer).

I’m happy to report that there was no pain involved. No magic either. But it worked. It worked fantastically well. It worked so well, smoking is so out of my system that I don’t even remember if it was 5 or 6 months ago now!

I have become a non-smoker. I don’t have to think about it. It’s gone.

I am much happier with my life now. Think I’ll have more babies.

Thank you Allen and all those in your organisation.

I started smoking in Hospital in 1980 when i was 20yrs old in Whyalla, Australia – how crazy was that being able to smoke in hospital.
When i was a smoker, I always joked that i was not a quitter and that once I started something I would see it through to the end

Well I am a Quitter and I am so dam proud of it and I have been for over 18 months.

I read the book twice, the first time to quickly and I made the mistake of telling everyone that I had quit. The smokers circled round me like vultures trying to encourage me back.
The second time I read it slowly, over a few weeks and I found I handled it with ease. Of course I didn’t tell a sole this time, sort of,double agent style :)
Except that one day when i nearly got biffed by a few guys at the pub as I sat there quietly having a beer, waiting for my son to arrive, Why, because i was watching their body language and their reaction to one of the group who was not a smoker. Then one of them came over and asked if I was gay for staring at them for so long – hehehe! Once I explained why I was looking, we all had a beer together. It was so funny to watch them sneakingly have their smokes there after.

What an absolute legend you are Allen, when I get to heaven you will be one of the first people I will give a hug, thanks mate

These past 7 months I never once craved a sigaret, I had parties with smoking friends, handled stress better and did not even notice my husband smoking in our house or cars. It’s amazing, but it works! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
My sister is also going on your clinic on 21/03/07! I am convinced that both hubby and my sister will be happy non-smokers soon!

To the Allen Carr Team

Re: Scandal

I loved this book. I Printed 3 copies and handed them out to my friends with the instructions that they also spread the word around. I provided the web site. It gave me a wonderfully easy understanding into the insight of the pharma / research industry that I had never thought about. Feedback from my friends is the same impression I have. I have to admit that I have saved a printed copy in my personal favorite books collection. I am looking forward to when my local bookstore will carry it in stock.

Thank you for all the info you have provided. Thank you for changing my life, thank you for helping me take a deeper, more in-depth look at everything around me and most of all, thank you for making such a difference in my life*** first by helping me become a non-smoker again and second for helping me see why I love being a non-smoker again.

If I can ever do anything at all to help, just let me know. I am forever grateful.

Subject: Allen Carr – Easyway to Enjoy Flying

Hello,

I’ve just logged onto the Allen Carr website as I really wanted to express my thanks for the above guide. I have just returned from a three week holiday in Australia and New Zealand, which I would have never been able to undertake prior to reading the book. For years I have suffered with severe panic attacks for weeks before flying right up until I was home again, and what’s more hated every second of a flight.

Thanks to this book, I not only managed two long-haul (23 hour) flights plus three internal flights in the space of three weeks, but was really excited by the prospect of them and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I managed to sleep on the planes and did not have one panic attack or negative thought regarding the travelling throughout the entire holiday. It was absolutely wonderful.

I would be very happy to give a testimonial in huge support and thanks of this method.

Many thanks and best wishes

Claire

This book was amazing. About two years ago, a friend recommended this book. She had read it and stopped. I wasn’t ready to quit, so I didn’t read it (I was afraid it might actually work).

About a month ago, I decided to try quitting for a number of various reasons. I was ready to go with a whole stop plan based on things we’ve all heard..drink lots of water, avoid temptation, keep your mouth and hands busy, get gum, etc. The plan was to smoke my last one on my birthday.

Then I remembered this book. So I went out bought it, and started reading. I finished it in less than a week, and smoked my last one five days before my birthday. The best birthday gift I ever got.

I didn’t need any of the stuff I was prepared to use, just in case. It was by far the easiest thing I’ve ever done. My husband smokes, but it doesn’t bother me and in the past two weeks I have not once wanted to light up.

Now, I have to get my hands on a copy of EasyWeigh to Lose Weight and see if that one works just as well. I had always planned on losing weight first and then thinking about quitting smoking since I thought that would be easier. This way has proven to be much easier. I’m already feeling more energetic and more motivated to get rid of all of this excess weight because I am now a non-smoker and love it.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I never thought that I could ever be so happy and not be smoking. You were right, it was soooooo easy. I am grateful for giving me my life back. The smoking was ruining my life and destroying my health one cigarette at a time. It got to the point that climing 8 stairs would wind me and cause me to hyperventilate.

Today, at week 3 of freedom from the slavery of smoking, I can do many things that I was scared of before, like climb those stairs and many more. I no longer go home feeling tired after work and more happily, I no longer fall asleep on the couch every single night feeling sick and done for by 7pm. The cigarettes were killing the intamacy and spunk in my marriage. I was always feeling too tired and sick to do or go anywhere.

Today…..I HAVE ENERGY. I have a spunk in my step. I want to go out. I no longer want to or feel the need to lay down on the couch. I feel re-vitalized. Even though I know that my body is still in recovery from 24 years of smoking, I feel stonger and healthier every day that passes. I now sleep peacefully and soundly. Words cannot convey the gratitude I feel. I will spread the sheer joy of EASYWAY and the freedom it has given back to me. It is funny how I never remembered how I use to feel as a non-smoker until I became one again.

What an elation, what a wonderful gift I have received, what a great difference in my life this freedom has created. Thank you to the Allen Carr Team from my husband, my 4 children and most of all from my 5 year old, who after almost a year of begging me to stop, finally got his wish.

THANK YOU , THANK YOU , THANK YOU

I went out and bought it the next day. I read it in 3 days. I committed to quiting 3 days after I read the book. I put out my last cigarette on January 17,2007 and never looked back. No withdrawal, no pain or fear or anxiety. Not even any weightgain. It’s so amazing I can’t tell you how excited I am. I had tried numerous times and ways of giving up – tried patch twice and zyban – nothing worked for me. I read Allen’s book ‘Easyway for Women to Stop Smoking’ – I have to say I was a little dubious about the whole thing. I did not stop immediately after completing the book but I did keep in mind and focus on his advice. 2 weeks later I got my life back and to use Allens phrase ‘I was free’. I was really upset to hear of Allen’s illness and then death – what a cruel twist of fate. But, I have a lot to thank him for – I have been free for 9 months.
