I have attended a session at Allen Carr’s Easyway Clinic in Birmingham today held (and well held) by Robert Fielding.
I have tried the Allen Carr method in the past and the message cannot be any clearer. I personally let myself down years ago in a monent of drunkeness.
This wont happen again. Robert explained it all so well. I went to the pub straight after for a bit and didnt even want one !
The missus is dumbstruck and i’m e-mailing this as a happy free man.!!!!
I appreciate in life certain things are important and being a drug addict aint one of em !
Rob you were brilliant at delivering a message i had to hear once more.
Keep freeing people!!! Best wishes Martin…..

I would just like to post my thanks for the book! It has helped me to be a non smoker after 30+ years. I was one of those who thought I would never be a non smoker but the words in the book refuted all the pointless arguments that I had ever raised about being a smoker and I am proud to say that I have been a non smoker for 10 days now – not only that but my mother and sister have both become non smokers all thanks to the book.

Hi There

Can i just say that i have tried every method to give up smoking to no avail well after watching the video I can say I have now given up for good .

Instead of giving out nicotine patches
a copy of the video or book should be a govermental issue to all trying to give up smoking or any other addiction .

Thank you so much Alan I am free at last .

I have read the Easyway and now his Stop Smoking Permanently books. I couldn’t possibly have stopped smoking (I won’t use the word given up as I know I haven’t ‘given up’ anything!) without his books. I am 55 and have smoked 20 cigarettes a day since I was a teenager. I didn’t even give up when I was pregnant. It’s incredible to me that I’m a non smoker and have been for 11 months, and I’m delighted.

Hello,

I quit smoking over 2 years ago, after nearly 25 years of smoking, after reading Allen’s book. I know I won’t smoke again. I can’t recommend Allen’s wonderful book enough to anyone who has repeatedly tried and failed to quit smoking for good. Thank you Allen, if there is a heaven I am sure you are there!

I finished “The easy way to stop smoking permanently” yesterday and I KNOW I won’t ever smoke again, unlike the times I tried before.

Thank you so very much Allen for setting me free! May God bless your soul.

I am so grateful for this method, and so annoyed that the establishment never told me about it. I tried for years to quit using will-power, patches, gum etc. None of it ever worked. None of them ever stopped me smoking and they certainly never stopped me WANTING a cigarette.

Allen Carr’s method did both instantly, and I have neither smoked nor wanted to for a year now.

I know he’s gone now, but he must have died happy knowing how many people he helped.

I had been smoking for 10 years and became quite a heavy smoker. I did not belive that ‘just a book’ could help me quit…but it has! I have passed it onto my friends and the 2 that have read it have also quit and, like me, are amazed how easy it was.

Thanks Allen!!!

I wanted to burst out crying at reading these comments – still reading the book and itching to get to the final cigarette – but not quite there yet. The worst thing is that my husband read 45 pages and gave up in one day after reading what you said. I know I’ll get there too.

I just can’t believe how easy it is to stop smoking! When my 40-a-day dad gave up after reading the book, I knew it had to be effective. I finished reading it on Thursday 05/04/07 and have been a happy non-smoker ever since. I’m free! Thank you Allen Carr.

First of all I am deeply sorry about Allen’s death. My thoughts are with Joyce and his family: what an extrordinary man has left us…

I am enormously gratefull to Allen because through his book I’ve been able to finish with 12 years of self destruction and suffering caused by the monster nicotine. His wise advices have made me free.

Allen, wherever you are

THANK YOU.

Not a day goes by that I dont get that feeling of elation knowing that I never will smoke another cigarrette again. I would never hear a bad word said about allen carr. He saved me from the misery of nicotine. I just wish i had known about him earlier and perhaps i could have saved some people very close to me from smoking related illnesses.

Thank you :) from 60 a day to zero with no cravings. No fear :) this is something I never thought I would be able to do and it has all been so easy. If someone told me all I had to do was read a book and I would become a non-smoker I would have and did laugh out loud. But then my sister read it and quit. She has been three weeks now and is still finding it easy.

Thank you so much Mr Carr you have changed my life. Perhaps even saved it, I will go on in your footsteps and if just one person reads the book because I did…

It’s the third evening and I know I have stopped for good. Three evenings ago I was smoking 60 a day and now save for an odd pang, no craving.

The longest I could “give up” before was on a flight to London, from South Africa and now I know I am free from the cancerous weed.

Thanks for your service to humanity.

It is quite thrilling being able to tell that monster in my brain to go away I am not feeding him!

Hello,

Just wanted to say, just awesome.
I am now as of 10 minutes a very happy nonsmoker, as i was 5 minutes before i started to smoke 20 years ago. And i just feel wonderfull and life smiling.
I owe you alot Allen Carr.
My most sincere and humble thank you for writing this book, and point out the easyway of quit smoking.

When i started to read the book i was a bit sceptic i must say, but after each page i read i slowly felt life pooring back into my body. And i started to feel life. I feelt happier, i feelt like a big stone fell of my chest. And now 6 hours of consecutive reading i threw away the last 10ish cig’s. And now i can entitle myself a happy nonsmoker!
(i couldnt stop reading it was to good to stop in the middle).

Once again thank you thank you thank you for this wonderfull book!

Smoked for 13 years with almost 2 off through willpower; today is my 21st day as an ex-smoker!
Anyone reading this, who is still a smoker, please know that you can STOP, with no will-power or substitute products. The Easyway unswitches all the switches you have turned on in your head, over the years, to make you keep on smoking.
I read the stop smoking permenantly book and to my complete surprise, I know I am utterly free from smoking forever. I am the envy of all my smoking pals- I just laugh when they come out with patches….just read, think about it and look forward to your life without the burden of cigarettes. I am still clearing the years of toxins from my skin, but already I feel fitter and more relaxed than I can remember in my adult life.

Now I can love him even more as ther is no ‘hidden secret’ between us. There may be a diffenrent one in the years to come but at least I have stopped smoking and I can love him without fear of guilt or stupidity at continuing to smoke.

I am 27 years of age and smoked from the age of about 15, until today. I have tried many times in recent years to stop, trying all sorts of different ways, until i found the easyway. It just made sense, made me wake up and realise what i was slowly doing to myself, made me face up to my demons and fight them i suppose. I know i will do it this time because i have realised ITS NOT HARD UNLESS YOU KEEP TELLING YOURSELF IT IS. Tell yourself it is actually quite easy and its amazing how easy it is. Stop making excuses, take your head from the sand and wake up to a life without cigarettes, its much better! God rest your soul Alan Carr, and thank you for saving my life.

I stopped smoking three months ago after being hooked for 17 years. It was easy and painless and an answer to a years long search for something to help me do what I wanted to do; namely, be free of nicotine. I’ve now made it a goal to let as many smokers as possible know about the book.

Kim Lewis said,

I had absolutely no intention of stoping smoking and was merely browsing the top 100 book sales at a bookstore when I came across Allens book. I decided to buy Easyway for reasons unknown – I’m not into these ‘self-help’ stupidities!

Shock horror, four hours later – (I’m a quick reader) – I was a non-smoker and certainly not laughing at the self-help book now! Can’t believe it.

I am forever indebted to Mr Carr for his common sense and logic. You do not have to want to stop smoking to read this book – in fact, the challenge is try not to be a quitter once you’ve read it!

You’ll be amazed – it’s the most mysterious thing I have ever experienced.

Hi there Alan,
I am a 40 year old female and gave up smoking around 3 years ago after reading your book. I had tried many things over many years to kick the habit but nothing had worked. I was thrilled to finally acheive this goal and all thanks to you.
My husband now wants to give up so have told him to read the book. There are two problems though one is that he is not a reader and is struggling and two is that the words are so small for him. I am wondering if you have tapes of the book as to help him. look forward to your feedback.
Kind regards

Hello,

I’ve done it! After 25 years I am a non-smoker. No withdrawal symptoms, stress or fear – just like Allen said. I really never thought I’d ever stop. I tried a few times and lasted minutes rather than hours. It really is like breaking free from some horrible trap and Allen was spot on – again.
The only bad news is that I have only just heard of Allen’s passing. I only found out about his book last month and ordered it on amazon. I really wish he knew how much he has helped me. Then again, perhaps he does. I hope so.

Thanks.

I made the mistake at Christmas of breaking a 6 month willpower abstinence which ended up in a 3 month return to my 20 a day addiction. I was into the patches for a week before I read Alan’s book. It seems so stupid now to look back and think I actually thought it was doing something for me all those years. I threw the patches in the bin, where they belong and my response to the question “would you like a cigarette” last weekend was “would you like me to inject you with heroin?” – I think we’re making our point.

I’ve tried to tell my friends, colleagues, fiancé... Everybody about your book and how it helped me and has helped millions of people… But they won’t listen.
It’s like I’m trying to tell them about a god they don’t believe in.

It’s really annoying. Tell a friend how he can save his life, and he won’t listen!

Anyhow, I’m happy I listeded to the ex-smoker who recommended your book! I will continue my work trying to make people to read your book (some have gotten interested already), and hope we’ll have one of your clinics in Finland some day.

Hello, I’m living in the South KOREA.
I have been a heavy-smoker,smoking 1-2 packs a day for 15 years.

Also I had been suffered from the smoking which devastates my life and family, losing the dignity and respect from my children. I repeatedly
promised to stop smoking to my family members, which was never kept.

I bought this special book just yesterday and I have read it really carefully and with open mind.

I finally understand the hidden trap of the smoking and join the nonsmoker!!!

Thank you very much.

Allen, you save my life.

I had smoked from the age of 15, I am now 37 years old and a father and a non smoker. I had been promising my son that I would “pack in the fags” for over 3 years. I got the book from my brother 2 years ago and had been putting off reading it. I read the book in 3 days and had my last cigarette on the 31st January 2007 at about 10.30pm.

I am now able to keep up with my son (well nearly!) on the football pitch for the first time without my lungs feeling they are going to implode, I have no pains in my chest and I have bought myself loads of new clothes with the cash I have saved.

I genuinley believe that I would not have succeeded without the use of the book.

Many Thanks

My partner was told that he had to stop smoking and he asked me if I would try to stop as well. So I agreed but I still felt that I enjoyed smoking at the time. I had smoked for 13 years and was a bit afraid but a friend told me about Allen Carr’s book.

I finished the book on the 1st of July 2006 and I am enjoying my life as a non smoker, the feeling of freedom that I had still remains and It was a pleasant experience to know that I was beating the weed.

Now any time somebody I know says “i really should stop smoking” I hand them a copy and tell them of my success.

Now i can enjoy my life without the shackles of addiction! Thank you so much Mr Carr.

From Allen Carr's Easyway : The book has been published by Haneon Community at www.haneon.com.

For 15 years smoking 2 packs a day I tried to stop only once, last year, and it lasted 15 HOURS. What a failure. A year later, I got this book from my brother-in-low. I said: “No way there’s an ‘easy way’ 2 quit smoking. No-no. ‘been there – done that. It’s a hell I am not planing to go through again.” Then I read the book. Then I quit. It was almost a month ago. Now i know i will never smoke again.

I could not find appropriate words to express how I feel right now, but I think that simple THANK YOU will do the magic. Also wish to thank you in the name of my friends and family who also quit smoking after they read THE book.
Right now I am reading “Scandal” paper and I think that we should join our efforts to advocate Allen Carr’s method.

Thanks again dear mr. Carr, so sad you’re not with us, but with millions you helped, your idea is still being promoted around the world. RIP, your goal is to be reached soon.

our kids hate us smoking. they have been accused of smoking themselves at school because of our disgusting habbit.
read allens book over 2 days, couldnt put it down. smoked my head off while reading it, then about halfway thru, i was sooo excited about getting to the end and that “final cigarette!”

stopped just like that, only 2 days ago, but no cravings atall! my husband has just picked up the book but is doing the willpower method in the meantime and he’s REALLY suffering. i would say dont stop till youve read the book. it makes you read it and take it in better, then the penny drops and you just DONT WANT TO SMOKE ONE MORE FAG, EVER!
i cant stress how easy this is .
i have had a couple of “right, get a cigarette” moments, but they pass in seconds, no pain, no craving. i feel 110% confident i will never smoke again. why the hell would i?
thank you allen. RIP.xx

I run a public house in Lancs and one of our regulars came up to me and started going on about this book that helps you quit smoking. To be really honest I didn’t really think much of it but this guy said it made him quit so I thought I’d give it a go as it’s pretty hard to quit when everyone else is smoking around you and I felt I needed a bit of a push.

I’ve been smoking for over 10 years and managed to quit just once for six months using nicorette gum but started again on a girls night out 6 months later!!

I got the book and couldn’t put it down, I felt I could relate to all of it, I actually sat up until 1am and read the entire book in one day, I’ve not felt the need for a cigarette yet and hopefully will never again!!!

I was upset to hear Allen himself had died of lung cancer last year…

I now hope for many smoke free years!

Thank you Allen xxxx

I cannot believe that Easyway isn’t the Medical Professions number one recommendation on how to quit.

I have been a smoker for 15 years and tried a few times to give up in that time. The longest ‘attempt’ lasting two and a half weeks.

Today is my 14th day as a non smoker. I have not yet passed my ‘record’, but I know that this time I have done it. I have escaped the prison that is the Nicotine Trap.

Everyday as a non smoker has been wonderful. I have had no cravings. No desire to return to the disgusting cancer sticks. My friends at work have also given up with EasyWay and likewise are happy and amazed at the ease that the system brings to kicking the addiction.

Much thanks to Allen Carr, it is a shame that you will not be able to read these words now. But you were a genius, who deserves to have your message delivered to everyone on the planet. When they hear the obviousness of the truth, smoking cigarettes will become obsolete.
