I gave up smoking with the help from Allen Carr’s clinic and I couldn’t have done it without the help.
I tried so many times and failed but this time I have done it.
I smoked for 40 years and never did I think I could give up till I went to Allen Carr’s clinic, I have not had a smoke now for 8 months and I have not craved or wanted one.
If any one is reading this and wants to give up smoking please go to Allen Carr’s clinic I promise you it works and you will feel much better I promise.

It took 3 years AFTER being diagnosed with HIV to get the courage to quit smoking, reading Easyway to quit smoking made it easy finally, strange how even a terrible diagnosis often is not enough to deter an addict from quitting, but seeing things in a new light finally lead to success. Thank you Mr Carr.

absolutely fantastic book. I didnt want to give up smoking, but could see that my young children were being effected by it. I never smoked in the house but my children used to refuse to give me a kiss after I had had a cigerette. I read the book thinking how on earth is this going to stop me from smoking… That was christmas 2006. I’ve not touched a cigerette since and have had no cravings. I am really proud of my self…

Good Morning from Sydney Australia.
I have just completed the course on the 19th December 2007 and happy to say ‘I AM NOW A NON-SMOKER’
I have been smoking for over 25 years and would class myself as a very heavy smoker, as I would smoke on average
50 a day. I would smoke 5-8 cigarettes before I left the house in the mornings and just couldn’t do without them.
I did the course with NATALIE CLAYS in Sydney and have had the first Christmas for a long time SMOKE FREE.
I just can’t believe the difference in my life already, my energy levels have gone off the rictar scale, life in general is so
much more different and clearer in everyway.
I thought I would send this email to say “KEEP THIS GREAT WORK GOING” as ALLEN CARR’S EasyWay works 100%.
Regards,
David Rice

Two years ago I attended Damien O’Hara’s seminar in Toronto. To this day I don’t even think about smoking. It’s amazing to realize what it means to bring an end to the constant tyranny of smoking addiction.
Thanks to everyone involved in easyway – the path of my life has been altered considerably!

I would like to thank the late Allan Carr for devising this incredible method,
I tried to give up smoking on New Years, I had three terrible days of no sleep and desperately wanting a cigarette. They were all I could think about.
I ended up smoking again once I got to the the weekend. Luckily I had ordered ‘The Easyway’ book as I knew I would break. I found out about this book from the BBC readers comments about Allen Carr’s passing and I was intrigued how people had said how easy it was to stop.
I read the book last night, had my last ever cigarette! I feel great, completely different from when I gave up on New Years, I feel happy and I have not craved a cigarette at all! I know I will not smoke again, my attitude to smoking has changed.
Thank you Allen! Rest In Peace knowing what good you have done! I am trying to get all my friends to try your method!

Dear Natalie,
After 18 years of smoking I am finally free from the torture and slavery which smoking carries with it. I feel like I am born again. I have a new zest for life which I did not know is possible.
I have more energy now then I have had ever since I can remember. I am now going on daily walks, not because I feel I have to, but because I have so much energy that it’s almost automatic.
I have so much more energy that I am literally finding it impossible to sit down for more then 10 minutes.
I could take up a whole page writing the benefits I am now feeling. There are no pain’s, pang’s or any type of withdrawal symptoms what so ever, just a great day, every day.
My only desire now is to convince my family and friends who are smokers to contact you. I am 100% certain that there is no easier way to become a non-smoker then the Allen Carr way.
I never ever thought for one moment that it could be this easy, I just now wish I could convince others.
Thank you for giving my life back.
Kind regards,
Cetin Ozbal.

I was one of the many sceptics to read the book, however I read it word for word over the holiday period and quit smoking XMAS night. Friends said i was crazy to quit over the New Years period due to all the drinking and partying, but i realised it was the ‘perfect’time to quit for the same reason. I was stunned at how easy it was to stop smoking and have now referred the book to at least 6 friends. After trying every method to quit, I am convinced this book is very special. My friends who are still smoking are very jealous! Thanks!

I am 50 years old next April and have been smoking since I was 16. My wife asked me to read the book (no strings or promises attached) for Christmas.
Although I find the book repetitive, some of the anecdotes are very good and certainly the insights into the psychology of smoking are spot on.
I had my last fag 2 weeks ago. Not sure if I will ultimately succeed but the signs are good.
Disappointed to hear that Mr. Carr had fallen to lung cancer of all things in November 2006 as I live in the Bahamas and news travels slowly to the islands!

One year, one month and one day since I stopped smoking forever after 45 years!! It was the best thing I ever did and I cannot thank my counsellor, Charles Hunt, enough, not forgetting the late allen of course. I drive a truck for a living and thought that the long boring motorway hours would make it so difficult. Instead I filled the hours with thoughts of being a very fortunate ex smoker. I was so scared of the withdrawal pangs that I had never tried to stop before. Thank you all at easyway once more. Now I will go and have a huge lungfull of smoke free air!!! Steve

Back in May 2007 I was in a book shop with my teenage daughter. She picked up a book called “Allen Carrs Easyway for Women to Stop Smoking” She looked at me hopefully and suggested I buy it. So to humour her and get her off my case I purchased it and once I got home I shoved it in a drawer and left it there. I tried to ignore it’s existance but it was always there at the back of my mind. Typical smoker, I thought I loved to smoke but deep down I hated it and was too scared to try and quit. In November I decided to read it and I believe that decision changed my entire life. What I read in the book was a huge revalation and I have been totally free of nicotine and smoking since November 20 and that was after smoking for 35 years and too scared to even try to quit. I am very upset coming to this website only to find out Mr Carr passed away Nov 2006. Wanted to thank him so much for showing me the way out of the nicotine trap, I did what he decribed in his book and now I am free for the rest of my life. In fact I don’t have sufficent words to describe how grateful I am to him. Best wishes to his friends and family, please count me as another person Allen helped save. If it’s not too presumptous I would like to dedicate my quitting to his memory. Thank you all the way from New Zealand.

I tried to quit smoking on Jan. 2, 2006 using willpower and nicotine gum. I lasted 23 hours. A couple of days later I heard our local radio hosts singing the praises of Allen Carr and Easyway to Quit Smoking. I got the book, and finished it on Jan 10, 2006. I am coming up on 2 years, although it was never really something I kept track of. That is because it wasn’t a difficult thing to do at all. My husband read the book a week later, and quit his nasty habit of chewing tobacco! When I had quit for 3 weeks, I had a new patient in my dental office in my chair. She claimed that she had been a non-smoker for 3 years. I was amazed when she told me that she too had used the Easyway book! My sister found out that she was pregnant in July. She and her husband were both smokers, so they both decided to quit. Her husband read the book, and hasn’t looked back. My sister hasn’t had a cigarette either, but still longs for it… because she hasn’t read the book! She plans to read the book before the baby is born…. then she can end the torture! My husband and I also both read Allen’s book Easyway to Control Alcohol last January. We are now happy not to have nicotine OR alcohol in our lives, and feel that we have a new lease on life! We couldn’t be happier with our accomplishments and lifestyle changes! I feel that I owe my/our renewed quality of life to Allen Carr and Easyway! I, my husband and our two beautiful little girls could never find the words to thank you enough!!

Unfortunately i slipped back into the trap.

Well, I gave up on 17th May after reading Allen’s book. I have not looked back since ! It was so easy, painless and exhilarating!
7 and a half months of being free and smelling of my favourite perfume instead of smoke. My skin is clearer, I used the money I saved to have my teeth whitened and I would just like to say a HUGE thankyou.
Anyone who is thinking of reading the book, JUST DO IT ! My then-boyfriend also read the book and stopped after many many years and no-one thought he would be able to ! He is still smoke free after the same amount of time as me.
I cannot thank Allen Carr’s Easyway enough – best thing I ever read !

Sad to hear of his death but he must have saved 1000’s of lives whilst expanding his Easyway business and justly deserved the fruits of his labours.

Well, what can I say, 18 months after reading the life changing easyway, and I am still a very happy non-smoker with no interest of smoking whatsoever. I smoked and thought I enjoyed it for 16 years, at least 20 a day. In this time I tried to stop so many times using will power, and obviously failed. I cannot believe I was ever that person. I cannot imagine anything worse now, the thought makes me feel quite sick. I am pleased to say that I am 7 months pregnant, and as I am smoke free so is my baby!
Thank you so much,

I have tried numerous times to quit smoking. I’ve smoked since I was 13 – 29 years – anywhere from a few cigarettes to a pack a day. I’ve even tried to talk myself into actually accepting that I was a smoker. I just started reading the book a couple days ago and it’s wonderful! I identify with alot of the excuses to both continue and stop smoking he outlines. While he doesn’t give you any groundbreaking information, he is a master at spinning your excuses to either continue to smoke or that it’s too hard to quit, into viable reasons to WANT to quit. The information is so simple it’s amazing I never thought of it the way he outlines it before. You’re right…I DONT have to smoke for a good time to continue. I got in the car last night and it was 15 minutes before I realized I hadn’t lit up. Which is big for me! And I didn’t want to, and while I smoked I asked myself why I’m doing it. I threw the cigarette out the window without finishing it. I look forward to the end of the book so I can finally quit! THANKS SO MUCH!

A Message to Kim at the High Wycombe clinic –
Feel free to use any of my comments for any thing you do….. Its actually 4 weeks today… and I still have to pinch myself because I cant believe I found it so easy….I have recommended the Easyway sessions to people at work and know at least one person who is booking a session. (although she lives south of Watford so is going in to London for hers)
Your right about the people who still smoke being in fear…. I’m sure they would really love to be able to stop. Just wish they knew how easy it really is.
.... I still occasionally go down with colleagues to the smoke corner…. more because its the only chance we get to chat Some of them think I go down to sniff the smoke….................... cant think of anything worse to do now….. its disgusting…. but I humor them and say “Of course I do”.....
I would have smoked between 450 and 550 roll ups in the last four weeks…...................... no wonder I feel so much better without
all the gunk inside me…... Even my car appreciates not being filled
with smoke… and it takes me minutes to clean inside rather than
hours…
Once again… thankyou, for everything you said in the session and making me NEVER want to smoke again… It really has made me realise that “I CAN DO ANYTHING”. ........................Just have to get that same determined head on to sort out all the junk in my loft….... do you do sessions on that … ha ha.
Thanks again
Wendy

I have waited 2 months since my session to send this as I wanted to make sure it really worked first (even though I never really doubted it), but I am happy and so proud to say that it has been exactly 2 months since my Allen Carr session and the last cigarette I will ever touch in my life!
Thank you so much for helping me make one of the most positive changes I will ever make in my life. I no longer feel trapped in the deception that I actually ever enjoyed smoking, and I am feeling so much more balanced, happy and healthy since I quit.
I can, and have, highly recommended Allen Carr’s Easyway to anyone who realises it is finally time to bite the bullet and quit.

My husband attended the Alan Carrs non smoking clinic in Sydney 10 weeks ago and after 41 years of smoking 2-3 packets per day, is now a non-smoker.
John is now walking – something he had previously refused to do – as he is finding a new respect for his body since ceasing smoking. So, at age 62 he has not only given up smoking heavily, he is now exercising and enjoying it.
Thankyou for the interview (Conversations with Robyn) – and perhaps thankyou for a few more years with my husband.

I am about to celebrate my 2 years “birthday” as a very happy Easyway non-smoker and I feel so grateful for having finally escaped Smoker’s Hell.
When people congratulate me on having given up smoking, I tell them that I really didn’t DO anything, except listen with an open mind. And then the cigarettes gave up on me all by themselves – not the opposite way around. I have this mental image of a long line of cigarette packs pouting and sulking and sticking their tongues out at me for no longer “buying” their lie.
A Merry Christmas to you all from Denmark and a Happy New Year!

If you are reading these testimonials trying to decide if this program is for you (as I did) – please know they are real.
I’m a real person, filling this out to express my gratitude for the freedom I have gained from getting away from filthy smoking.
I’m so happy and feel better than I have in years. I started smoking at 16 and continued on until the age of 41.
Nothing stopped me from quitting.
I tried:
The patch
The gum
The lozenge
The inhaler
Getting hypnotized (twice)
Being pregnant twice (which I stopped during, but picked right up as soon as the kids were done breast feeding)
I picked up the book, read it in three days (and wanted to quit half way through, but kept going until the end) and distinguished my final smoke on November 1st.
I’m now walking daily, enjoying life and I feel like a kid again.
I’m sorry to hear of Allen’s passing – at least he had the joy of knowing how many people he helped before he went and just think how many more have quit since.
If everyone would just pass the word on to everyone they know who wants to quit, just imagine what we could all accomplish!
