It’s been a year today since I attended the clinic and I just wanted to write and say thank you, as I am still a happy non-smoker!
I have told a lot of friends hoping to quit about the book and the clinic, and thought I’d take this opportunity to say that I don’t think there is enough publicity for either. I think there are so many people out there wanting to quit without any idea that there is a simple solution.
Anyway, I can’t thank you enough, and I will keep spreading the word as best I can!
Kind regards
Debbie

Came to your clinic back in February and really haven’t looked back since. Been feeling absolutely brilliant about not smoking – it’s been a fundamentally positive shift and change in my life.
Thank you so much…
And for a laugh, I thought you might enjoy reading an email I sent to “CigStar” a nicotine supplier posing as a cessation aid company…

I bet you lot are owned by Philip Morris or BAT or some other suckers of satan’s spawn…
Tobacco Exec: “Mmmm… dwindling market of smokers, need to maintain profits… I know! Let’s keep selling the suckers nictotine but tell them it’s to ‘help them give up’... Genius! And what’s more, we can still sell the ‘replacement therapy’ for as much as cigarettes but we don’t have to pay that horrendous tax because it’s a, umm, medicine!”
You go guys, what a service to the community you lot are! No doubt your place in heaven is already assured and CigStar is already being considered but the Nobel Peace Prize judges as a contender for the next “Contribution to Humanity” prize.
If you really want to help people give up smoking (which of course you do so long as they stay hooked on CigStar) and free themselves from nicotine then you’d know that the true solution lies with the Allen Carr organization. 90% success rate with no gimmicks and no drugs – it just works. As in, you know you don’t need nicotine any more.

My partner and I attended your seminar early this year at Balmain Leagues club. Prior to this, we had tried everything form patches, Nicobrethen pills, gum, hypnosis you name it We walked out of the course on the Saturday and have never looked back. We both laugh at how easy it was! I remember walking out of there on the day and was still a little skeptical. I did not think that this new mindset would last and I would be a happy non smoker forever but it has, and I am and I will never look back. I was initially worried that the next day, or the day after that I would be craving one but I never did. I did not eat more or put on weight I actually lost a little which surprised me and also made it easy to stay on track.
I Just want to say on behalf of my partner and myself, thank you so much. This program is the best thing I have ever done and it has changed both our lives!
Kind regards

Just a quick note to say thank you! Myself, my boyfriend Rob and our friend Dave did the course two months ago (on June 7 – we were the hungover ones!) and I’m really pleased to say that none of us have touched a cigarette since. In fact I just can’t imagine smoking again – which is a big thing for the girl who could never have a glass of wine without multiple cigarettes in her hand (not at once!).
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you – and all the best for the continued success of the course.

My Testomonial to Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking is I wake up every morning and thank God he had wonderful people to carry on his work. As a smoker for 35 years & having tried all the other methods I am in my third week after doing Allen’s Easyway Seminar I feel like it’s a miracle I can’t believe after all my efforts it was as easy as this. I have got my life back & received the most precious 50th Birthday Gift I could get” being a non-smoker”. I have a 4 year old Grandson that tells me every time he sees me how proud he is that I don’t smoke anymore! You Can’t Get Better than that!!!
Everything that I had heard about this method was the truth & I am living it.
Betti (non-smoker)
PS Thank you Natalie I have my husband back!!!!!!

Hallo Herr Argast,
liebes Easyway-Team
Herzlich, L. Lindov
Cordial thanks for checking how I’m doing after the course. I am now 100% strengthened and still a happy non-smoker thanks to the course. I feel healthy, happy and efficient. I would like to pay a large compliment to you for the structure of the course and the lecturer: the course is fun and the lecturer, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, was unbelievably motivating and exciting to listen to. I continue to recommend your course to all my friends who feel the need to stop smoking. Super that you are there! “ Cordially, L. Lindov

COMMENTS – Hi there
my name is Becky & I am 34 years old, I have felt trapped by smoking for some years. Last year I bought 1 of the Allen carrs easy way books to help me give up smoking. Anyway I never got around to reading it. I found myself far too busy. Any way I was talking to a colleague of mine who said that they had given up using an Allen Carr book. I was going to ask if i could lend it off them but unfortunately it was in Italian. That night i decided that i would read my book. Anyway to cut a long story short it took 2 and a half days to read the book & I am now on my ninth day of not having a fag. This is the longest I have done without a fag since I was pregnant. I am hoping this is it & I am once & for all free of smoking. I would like to say a massive thank you for helping me make this possible. Also I have bought my mum a copy of the illustrated book & she is in the process of reading it at the moment. I personally think that this book should be available on prescription. Thanks once again to all concerned.

was on 25 a day (down in the lats couple of years from 40 a day) and been smoking for 16 years.I quit using easy way 6 weeks ago. It has beenmuch easier than I thought and I do not miss ciagarettes at all. In fact from day one I could stand next to other smokers and it not bother me!! I could not be happier…
Allen Carrs method is nothing short of genius, all smokers who find themselves wondering why they are standing in the rain to have a fag, are fed up with being knackered walking up a flight of stairs need to do this… It DOES work!!

My name is Alex and I am from Massachusetts in the United States. I am 23 and was a smoker for 7 years of my life, struggling with numerous attempts to quit using the willpower method, nicotine patches and even Smoke Away. Then I came across the Easy Way Method for the first time a couple of years ago and found it incredibly easy to quit. I could not believe that I had found such a treasure. Then half a year passed and I made the terrible mistake of “just one cigarette” to remind me of how bad they were. This pulled me in again and I smoked for a few months before deciding to try “the method” again. As expected it was a success and I was back to being a free nonsmoker, enjoying a variety of activities such as running and hiking. I even did an informative speech on Allen Carr’s Method in my public speaking class, that’s how enthusiastic I was about “The Easy Way Method” of quitting. Again, a little more than half a year passed and I was out one night and had a few drinks. My friend had a few too many and was trying to get me to have a cigarette with him. Normally I am a pragmatically resolved individual and if not for the alcohol affecting my decision making I would not have taken up his offer. I had completely forgotten what had happened the last time I had “just one cigarette”. I was back into the trap. As time passed I had more and more of these “just one’s”, until eventually I succumbed and bought a pack of cigarettes. The nightmare began again. I stopped doing the activities that I enjoyed, like running and hiking. I started neglecting my health and became lethargic and irritable. I had even lost some hope that I could ever be a non-smoker again. I tried the cold turkey “will power” method a few times without any success, I had completely forgotten Allen Carr’s principles, and kept delaying the program that I knew was my only way out. Finally, I went through the whole program very carefully again, realizing that I had missed the most important points in the program from my haste to get done with the program and become a non-smoker the last two times. I am ecstatic to say that today was probably the best day of my life, as I have come to the realization, without any slightest bit of doubt that I am forever cured of this disease for the rest of my life. I know with extreme certainty that this time there will be no going back. Thank you Allen Carr, I am forever grateful. Rest your soul, there is a special place in heaven for people like you, and of course the whole team behind the Easy Way Method . I AM A NONSMOKER, YUPPIE!!

I left my first message here on Nov 20, 2008 after 3.5 months without cigarettes (...after 20 years with!).
Now I’m close to my 11th month and I want to leave another message here to encourage those who have just quit or are still trying, to tell them that it is REALLY easy, the only “hard” phase I had to face were the very first weeks (2 or 3) but after that everything was done!
No regret, no craving, not even thinking about smoking!
Believe me, even if I still find it hard to believe myself…. IF I MADE IT, YOU CAN MAKE IT!

At 28 years old smoking 20 a day was not the worst thing in world i could of been doing.. i thought I ‘enjoyed smoking’ and I could not imagine myself as a non smoker.. When i finally opened my eyes and realised that the cough n sore chest i had, never having much spare cash, and not doing stuff where i couldnt enjoy a smoke was effecting my life I attended a clinic April 2008 the feeling of happiness and excitment when I knew I was no longer a smoker was amazing…
somehow 6 months later after a few drinks i had ‘just the one smoke’ i fell back into the trap i was foolish. 3 weeks ago I read the book and have now the same feeling of been free of smoking! This time I am going to stay on track and follow the rulrs. Thanks Alan Carr for sharing your easyway u have given me back control of my life
I am free isnt it great x x

Thank you so much for giving me my life back! I am a 35 year old woman, and had smoked for 20 years (of which the last 15 I was a chain smoker of roll-your-own tobacco, probably up to 40/day). I was desperate to stop smoking so I went to a seminar. I was almost in tears as I thought if this doesn’t work i will never be able to give up! But 5 months later I am a happy, healthy non-smoker! My skin is so much clearer, my lungs work so much better, everyone tells me I look better than I have in years, I have stopped coughing and most of all the terrible worry about what I am doing to myself has gone. I was one of the heaviest smokers I have known and I was able to give up easily. I really think anyone can do it with this method – it is the best money I have ever spent! Thankyou Allen and all the wonderful people who work for the organisation!

Thank you, thank you, thank you….at last, the freedom….I had been smoking for nearly 31 years and had tried to “give up” (lol) many times over the years….patches, zyban, cutting down slowly (got down to 3 per day with that one…). I bought the Book about 4 years ago and began to read it, got about 2/3 of the way through and made out that I’d gotten too busy to read anymore and closed it and put it aside….only now nearly 3 months being a non-smoker after reading the Book from cover to cover can I admit that the reason I put the Book aside back then was that I knew it was going to work and that I would have indeed stopped smoking if I read it all!!!! What a hoot! Once again I’m eternally grateful to Allen for writing his Book, my sympathies to his family on his passing away and I now know that I will never smoke again….ever. It was so EASY….I don’t miss it and I don’t mind being around smokers now, I don’t feel tempted. I’m from Whangarei in New Zealand and I stopped smoking on 26th March 2009.

I’ve been smoke free for 5 months. The seminar did it for me. I can’t explain how or why it worked, but it did. I was a pack-a-day smoker for 40 years and now I’m done. Thanks.

Well what can i say. I had tried numerous failed attempts to quit.Hypnosis, lazer treatment, willpower, none worked, a couple of days and screaming for a fag. Had a shot of a nintendo ds and it had the allen carr game on it, didnt really make any sense and that was that. Had a bad 12 months, my mum died of empysemia, my dad had a heart attck, knew these could happen to me at any time but you still ignore it.
Then i was on amazon and i saw the book of Allen Carrs easy way to stop smoking, only wanted 98p for it. Nothing to lose so i bought it.3 weeks on and i can honestly say i would have paid £98 for it.
You start reading the book thinking, well lets see what he has to say about stopping and how he (Allen) can claim its so easy, we’ve seen all the ad’s telling us we are about to be tortured by quitting and it may never go away, even reading NHS stop smoking sites tell you the same, this is gonna be harder than being back at school taking your highers, stress, you wont know whats hit you but it will eventually die down in around a month to ten years. What liars. Reading the book was a revalation, i couldn’t put it down, i was looking forward to finishing the book, with each page i could feel myself becoming a non smoker, ok a couple of times i would read a page over and over till it sunk in but jeez i was getting happier the nearer i got to the end. Then i did, i closed the final chapter, went outside, smoked a cigarette and declared myself a non smoker and went to bed (it was getting late)
three weeks later:
not once have i smoked or wanted to.
feel like a new man (im 40 and have smoked since i was 10)
used to get home from work and turn into a couch potato, not anymore.
First few days walked the dog more than it needed (poor thing) out working in the garden, just have so much energy already. even when i get in bed at night im not coughing and wheezing for 10 mins till i get my breath back from the final ciggie before bed. No-one minds standing next to me now that i dont smell like an ashtray. I could go on and on.went out yesterday and bought myself a bike (it was free as i used the money id saved not buying fags) and enjoyed a nice cycle with my young daughter yesterday, it was amazing.
Allen should have been knighted and the NHS should listen to him.Allen was right , it is EASY to quit and i and my family want to say a big thankyou to you and my only downside is that i didnt find you sooner.
THANK YOU

My husband and I only started smoking when we were in our late 20’s… How stupid is that? Anyway, after 5 years we had tried to stop an were getting quite desperate (I was ready to book into a drug rehabilitation centre…)
I discovered the webcast while I was searching for a rehabilitation centre, purchases them online and watched them with my husband that very evening. Haven’t smokes since, even while it was a stressfull time for us. We had just moved to a new country, have new jobs and are still trying to find our feet.
And the best is: It really is the reverse of will power, I would have to motivate myself to smoke again :)

Hello-Thank you, thank you so very, very much! I have tried for years to quit smoking. I have always said that if I could stop smoking, I could do anything. Well, I certainly feel that I could do anything now. In fact, the amazing thing is that when I stopped smoking it changed my life in so many other unforeseen ways! I drink substantially less now, (and in fact, I rarely even care for a drink.) I find that I take more walks, exercise more, eat better and generally just take care of myself. This is something I was never able to do consistently before I quit smoking. I guess I knew it didn’t do much good if I was still smoking. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You and your program are truly a God-send. I now have several friends and family members that are well on their way to changing their lives and I have no doubt that they will succeed because it is the Easy Way!

Hi,
just wanted to say thank you so much for making me free! I had smoked 20 ciggies a day for 15 years. I had never tried to stop before but i was growing increasingly fed up with the habit and the thought of giving up was getting stronger though i still smoked a packet a day…Then someone gave me the book and it was like I hit my head or something. Gave up overnight, two years on i am 34 now. Mr Carr saved so many people…Thank you…
The key factor for me was the liberation of the brainwashing we, smokers, were – and still are -subjected to and i say this to anyone that wants to hear..’you only smoke to achieve a state that non smokers enjoy all the time…’
