Ok. I’m from Russia, Tyumen. I’m lucky guy. I can tell you so because I used to smoke for 8 years and I quit for a moment. As for me, there were 3 days I felt myself uncomfortable. Then my eyes opened for good and all. It is clear that there is no special method it is clear that your book is not magical but special. It can easily show all stereotypes about smoking. Trust me, no one can continue smoking without this preconceptions.

Thank you.

It took 3 attempts reading “only way” before understanding it, but understand it I did. Has now been 6 months free from cigarettes, weed and alcohol!
Something I never thought possible.
Even better, through getting sober I found Lord Jesus!! Or He found me. And I know I’ll never be under the influence of substances again. I do believe this method is the only way to be a happy non smoker. Thanks Jesus, thanks Allen.

I had been in the grip of the deadly weed for 50 years when I picked up Allen Carr’s book in a bookstore.I paid for the book and thought “Iv’e just thrown some money down the drain!” I hadn’t! After reading the book three times I smoked my last fag on the 17th June 2004 (i will always remember that date!) After smoking that last fag I sat down and waited for the terrible withdrawel agony to kick in. a week later I was still waiting! I could not believe how easy and painless it was.I will never smoke again but what a pity I did not read this book years ago. I could have bought a luxury house with the money Iv’e spent (40 a day!) what a waste but thanks Allen, better late than never eh?

After 12 years of smoking I finally gave up and I am now a happy non smoker since the 3rd of June. I thought smoking was important and relaxing, and that it could make you cool… now I can finally understand the truth! Smoking is completely and totally USELESS!!!

Thanks Allen!

Hi there,

My name is Neil Malan and I am from South Africa. I started smoking at the young age of only 10 years old. For many years I have tried every possible product to stop smoking but with no success.
Recently, on my 50th birthday my sister gave me Allen Carr’s book as a birthday present. The day after my birthday, I reluctantly started reading the book, ‘the unwanted birthday present’.
Today nearly a month later and a month into being a very joyful non-smoker I can only praise the Allen Carr method and wish that I knew about it 20 years or even 30 years ago.
I wish that I could become a therapist and help to spread this wonderful message to all those poor smokers out there!!!

However I got hooked on chapters after chapters instead of my own cig and when I read the last chapter, I was one week old non-smoker. From Singapore, Wesley

Hi Natalie,
I am so chuffed with myself that I have made it one whole year without cigarettes that I had to let you know.

I attended one of your sessions on 1st March 2008 and havent looked back since. I had tried just about everything known to man prior to trying the easyway and nothing worked.

I am so happy and after 20 years I finally feel in control of my life.

I had two work colleagues attend separately in the months following my session and both of them are still smoke free.

Thank you very much, keep up the great work.

Hi Natalie,

I have saved over $4500 on smokes, and I choke when I
am around a smoker now.
It,s been just over 18 months and I have been through
most ups and downs without a cigarette.
I just bought myself a new carbon fibre road bicycle
with a grand to spare as reward.
I found the real reward was attending your class.
Thanks again Natalie!
Your the real deal.

Hello,

I just want to say that after smoking 50 cigarettes a day for 20 years, I am finally free of their evil grip.

My friend was told by his friend to read the book. He did, and hasn’t smoked for 5 years. My friend told me to get the book. I did, and have been smoke free for 4 years now. It was the easiest thing to do, the total opposite of what I had dreaded-withdrawal symptoms, weight gain, etc etc. My 4 year old son will never, EVER see a cigarette in my mouth.

I thank Alan Carr for my happiness and believe his method should be advertised on every pack of cigarettes – maybe with some testimonials printed on them as well!

Thanks

just finished reading “The Easy Way to Stop Smoking”.

I just wanted to say THANKYOU SO MUCH. You have completely changed my life. I only just finished reading the book today but I already know that I will never have to smoke ever again. I cant begin to describe the feeling of having that enormous burden lifted from my shoulders. Everything seems so much better now because I am no longer a slave to the weed.

I am giving this book to all my friends knowing that they will be able to stop smoking just as I have.

Again, thank you so much for saving my life.

God Bless

I have been waiting till I had gotten through the silly season to write you and tell you I am a NON SMOKER!

After doing the course on 28th November 2008 I left feeling exhausted and ready to take each day as it came. In saying that I am so surprised at how easy it has been. I have no cravings! None at all! That is what I was scared about the most, how to handle the cravings, but I honestly have not had one craving since leaving your course.

Thanks so much! I am enjoying life as a NON SMOKER! Will keep you updated!

I am so pleased to write to you. Tonight, I was talking to a friend online and recommended Allan Carr’s method of quitting smoking. I just remembered how amazing this book is.

A friend gave me the book in 1995. I kept it for a few months and after much nagging, I read the book – after smoking for about 15 years. I quit for about two years. I think I became so confident about being able to quit, I got all cocky and started smoking again when I was drinking with work colleagues. I again was hooked.

Six months of smoking and I was hating myself again, I decided to read the book (had to read it three times this time around) and I quit again.

I would recommend this book to anybody no matter how weak you feel, because it doesn’t tell you to quit, makes you (subconsciously) realise you don’t smoke, so there is no effort involved, and then you have a ‘revalation’ that you don’t smoke anymore. Its sounds soooo hard to believe, but for me, this was the case. The book challenged me to smoke nad think about it, and I couldn’t do it.

I have also been fairly closed minded, and am not one that easily settles down to self help type books and progressive ways of thinking. But this is a good old fashioned miracle, mastered by a man who must have understood the human brain and the tricks of addiction.

I hope people who may read this, and have given up by Allan Carr’s method realise, that you cannot start again, once you have stopped. For me it was much more difficult quitting second time around and at least I have learned my lesson and there won’t be a third time round.

BTW, I am proud to say I have referred this book to many people, who in turn have succeeded and passed the message on. From my personal experiences, it would also be true to say, those that I know that have quit using this method, were the ones who were feeling weak and helpless and never even really want to try, because it was too difficult to face the possibility of failure again. I had to earbash them at an opportune time, and now they are so grateful for my big fat mouth. (sometimes – lol)

I just thought I would let you know that I have not had a cigarette since that 2nd remedial class I took over a year ago and I do not intend to have one either. I knew I would get there in the end, I just had to persist.

Thanks for your understanding and patience when it would have been easy to give up on someone who has regressed a couple of times.

I am now free from what has been controlling my life for years. I am 30 year old female, from London (UK).

After years of failed attempts of trying to quit and my gradual secret depression of knowing that I was still smoking over 20 a day, I picked up the Easyway to quit smoking.

I didn’t believe my friends at first that a book could help me stop over NRT etc… but I read the book and now I am free! I have found this experience “EASY” and I now smile every time I see someone smoke a cigarette as I am free, I only hope they can be one day. Please try it out! You never know it might work!

I came across the ‘Easyway’ DVD rather than the book, and although I am a mere one day into the quitting process, I must say I feel confident that I really will quit for good; I have a slight ‘empty’ feeling, but after watching the DVD I recognise the feeling as ‘getting rid of nicotine’ rather than ‘need a smoke’. And it was so easy!

Allen really has the world a tremendous service.

I finished reading this book 1 March of 2007. At the same time I smoked the last cigarette. Allen Carr’s way to quit smoking is amazing.

Besides that, I was an alcoholic. I thought: “If I quit smoking, why not to try quit drinking the same way?” After three weeks I quit drinking at all.

My life’s really changed, and I’m really grateful to Allen Carr for that.

Thanks a lot, Allen. I was very sckeptical when I started to read your book, but in the end I quit smoking painless. “Easyway” was the most important books in my life. If hadn’t read it and hadn’t quit drinking, all other books would have been not neccessary.

Thank you.

I’ve just finished reading the Easyway and I can’t believe it: it was easy. I started reading the book with a huge amount of scepticism because I was very sure I enjoyed smoking. I got the revelation about 3/4 of the way into the book and realised I was perpetuating the craving myself. I am looking forward to being a non-smoker again after 10 years of being a smoker. I made a conscious decision to start smoking ‘late’ in life at the age of 30 to separate myself from a previous life and to fit into a new ‘scene’. Now I realise that I want to be me again and do not want to be frightened about looking forward to the future. Thank you Allen Carr.

I started smoking at the age of 11yrs, I never really liked it & always lived in fear of it. I trained to be a Nurse in 1998 at the age of 22yrs & still throughout my training & working as a quailified Nurse & despite the debilitating diseases & death I experienced I felt I couldnt stop. For the last 10yrs of my smoking life I tried everything & I mean everything. I had never heard of Allen Carr untill Nov 2006 when I was shopping for yet another round of patches & his book was sat on the shelf next to them. I flipped through the pages & caught a sentence that made me laugh out loud, I just thought oh my god, thats me, how does he know?! I read the book in 2 days & have never smoked or wanted to since. Allen Carr is a pure genius, I will be eternally greatful.

12 September 2001, was a day most people remember as being the day after terrorism attacked the USA. I remember it as the day I smoked my last cigarette after Robin Hayley came over to my Haarlem office and after 4 hours of stimulating discussion, I was a non-smoker. And still am. Thank you Robin, Allen Carr and Fluor. I just wanted to say I have never felt an urge to smoke, no matter how many previously powerful triggers I experience. Even getting more than tipsy has never even once tempted me to smoke again. I wonder though why the uk government is pushing the ludicrous patches and gum. Must be because they are making money from it, and from the cigarettes bought when the users of these “aids” to quitting fail. After all we can’t have a cut in the public purse can we? Any campaign to enlighten the population would get my active support.

Good day to everybody. I’m from Russia, Novosibirsk. I start smoking when I was 13 years old. Because in this country it is difficult to avoid drugs, cigaretts and other looks like things. So day after day I sank deeper and deeper in that awful trap. I thought that it wouldn’t be problem for me to give it up. But it was my mistake. When I was sixteen years old I was put to prison in 1997. In the places like that it is especially difficult to stop smoking. So I kept smoking. And the most awful was that I smoke cigaretts without filter, because there wasn’t alternative. I released in 2003 with lungs full of poison. But I kept smoking. I was free just by freedom, but not enough as it could be. I started to buy expensive cigaretts. It was seem that their taste was pleasant, especially after dinner. Many times I tried to give up smoking. The most achievement that I reached was three days without smoking. Every time I got failuer.
That relly annoyed me. So I started to seek the way, how to get rid of this habit. Once my friend told me that there was a book, which could help you to give it up. At first I didn’t believe that any book could
help to stop smoking. Especially I have been smoking for 13 years at the moment when I first heard about the book. But I decided for myself that I have to, must to stop smoking anyway. So I asked my friend to tell me the name of the author of the book. It was amazing. I stoped smoking. But it was not so long, just a week. Now I don’t know why do I did it. I just wanted to take pleasure from “just only one cigarette”. Now I realised that there is no just “only one”. Two years has passed since that. Nevertheless I did it. I gave up smoking on the 1st of may this year. I read it again but more attentively. More than two months passed. I feel myself much better. Sometimes I feel that I can fly. Something pleasing inside me. It feels like my soul wants to sing. And my friend, that told me about the book is still smoking. He is afraid to read it. But I do not understand him.
I know that I didn’t buy the book. But anyway I’d like to THANK Mr. Allen Carr. He released me from that nicotine slavery. God blees you Mr. Allen Carr.
I apologise for my english, I tought it by my self.

Thank you for your great work. Me and my girlfriend watched your movie and now does not smoke, we are very grateful to you.
I see that in Ukraine (my country) not yet to your clinics, and even proximity. We would be very happy if one day you decide to open another clinic in Ukraine, and would gladly help you with it, because we are incredibly many people smoking (more than 70% of Ukraine’s population), and they certainly need help.

I was devastated. After a few months I read the ‘easy way to stop smoking’ and have so far not smoked in 2 weeks. I have found it so easy so far, I dont crave, I’m not stressed I am so happy. I was a bit sceptical before I started to read the book, but it really does work. I know I will never smoke again, and I’m thrilled to bits :-)

It’s been three years just on the 4th of July since I quit smoking. It’s easier than what you might imagine and you don’t need to be strong but only willing of quit smoking. Allen Carr’s book gives you the right inputs to quit and you soon will forget about you being a former smoker. Just try when you want to quit and it works. The right day never comes if you don’t want it to come.

Hello,

I started smoking when I was 17 and am now 21. I started slowly, at parties and then it took over my life. I would go for a walk if I had no money and try to bum smokes off the smokers I saw. I’m GLAD its over now. I joined a support group to see my progress daily and there I found out about the illustrated stop smoking books by Allen Carr. I had already quit before reading them but it has made the quit so much easier. I’m telling all of my smoking friends and family members about these books. They are wonderful. Thank you so much. I’m the lead singer in a rocknroll band and this decision is helping my dreams and career. Again, Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My one year anniversary is coming up in four days. It still astonishes me that I don’t have any need for cigarettes. I am indebted to Allen for his book. It gave me my life back. All my fears of quitting proved to be irrational. I can have a drink. I can be around smokers. And I don’t need one to relax, I already am relaxed!
Twenty years of smoking. Three years trying to quit. Every day wondering when my next cigarette would be. When Allen’s book convinced me the answer was never, I was free.
Thanks Allen,
