Hello,I left a message here 1 year ago, after i stop smoking with Mr.Allen book.
I was a smoker for 22 years, and i couldn’t imagine my life without cigarettes.Three days after i stop I left a message here, I was happy, and certain that i would never smoke again,I couldn’t stop smiling for weeks!
And is with great sense of Happiness that I am here again today,to celebrate my first anniversary of a non- smoker life!It has been a wonderful year,no cravings,no suffering not even a sense a deprivation, the only thing i have is a great sense of Freedom and a huge smile in my face that last it until today!
I gave this book to all my smokers friends and more than 10 already stop ,and some of them were not even thinking of stopping and they did after reading the book and we all experience the same feeling
Freedom,Freedom,Freedom,it is amazing!!
I can never thank you enough Mr Allen, for dedicating your life to give us(smokers)a chance of a new and more enjoyable life free of cigarettes!
Like a said on the previous post,“You are an Angel that came to this world to save us!!”
Rest in peace my Friend, and God Bless your family!!

For 7 years I spent a small fortune on cigarettes, putting up with bad breath and countless other anxities young people shouldn’t have to put up with.
I thought of myself as a stressed-out, under-confident person who would be miserable without my crutch.
Now, thanks to Allen Carr’s Easyway, not only have I stopped smoking completely, but I also look forward to each day in a way I never did when I was a smoker.
I feel confident in every aspect of life now, and I can live the rest of my hopefully long life free from the slavery of that awful weed!
Thanks Allen, i’m FREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

I live near Vancouver Canada. I’m 46, and had been smoking since I was 13. I have been trying to quit for most of the past decade, but the stress of being a single mother and working full time in a high pressure job kept derailing me, I just couldn’t take the stress of trying to quit smoking too. Until your book explained to me how quitting wasn’t difficult, it was easy. And it was…it really was. I am a strong willed person, and you showed me how to direct that will so that it helped me, instead of hindering me. Been quit for 4 months, still no problem, never going back. Have moved on to my next goal now – losing weight and getting back in shape. THANK YOU.

I heard about the book, visited the website, watched the celebrity testimonials and bought the book the next day.
Two days later (slow reader!) I smoked my last cigarette (after 25 years/pack a day). That was month ago and I have no desire to smoke anymore. It truly was very easy.
My roommate quit a week before me (nicotine replacement). It was on his facebook page that I read an encouraging post from one of his friends wherein she mentioned your method. That’s how I learned of it. Anyway, he was not successful with his attempt to stop. So I gave him my book.
Thank you Allen Carr!

I smoked from age 15 to age 35 before quitting after reading the EasyWay book on holiday in July of last year (now 15 months since I have had a cigarette). Prior to this I had never managed to stop for longer than a day or two. I have been meaning to write in to say thank you ever since, and have today been prompted to do so after having seen yet another of the depressing NHS tv adverts that portray giving up as so hard its almost not even worth trying! It is a disgrace that Allen Carr’s method is not given more exposure – I personally know several people that have successfully stopped smoking having read the EasyWay books and the only people that I know who managed to stop using NHS methods are pregnant females. Thank you very much Allen Carr. (Kent, UK)

Thank you Allen! I quit smoking for the last time on January 7th, 2009! I had quit before numerous times before but, always felt like I was being deprived. Now, I am truly free from this horrible habit and I know that I am not missing anything! I know that I will never smoke again thanks to you and your book. Whenever I have the opportunity I tell anyone who will listen that your book and information is the only way to quit smoking successfully. Thanks, again. Sincerely, Jerry Kauffman

FANTASTIC!!! If ANYONE needs any help or an unsolicited third party recommendation please contact me.THIS BOOK WORKS,BELIEVE ME!!!

I quit smoking 7 years ago after reading Allen Carrs easyway book. Once I had all the points in the book clear in my head, I no longer needed a cigarette. I think if I had not read the book, I might still want one now, even if I had quit.
When I was smoking I was in a rut of being on the dole and drinking at the weekends for years. As soon as I quit my life changed, I used to chain smoke and sometimes I wanted a fag even whilst I was smoking one. I wanted to finish the first one, so that I could light the second one.
In less than a year of quitting, I became self employed, took up running, majorly cut down on drinking and I got rid of a lot of excess fat. I can now look at things and appreciate their beauty and everything tastes sounds and looks better and I still notice having clear senses.
I hate to think what I would be doing now if my sister hadn’t got me that book for my birthday, or if I put it on the shelf and never read it. I think I would be in prison or have some major drunken injury, or be dead. I’m sure quitting smoking stopped me drinking too.

I am a 36 year old father of four beautiful children. I lit my first cigarette in August of 1988, just two months after my 15th birthday. I lit my last cigarette on September 29th, 2009. I have tried quitting before, but it was so incredibly difficult for me. With the positive attitude and outlook Allen has given me, quitting this time isn’t even close to difficult. My wife told a family member this afternoon, “Oh, Henry’s trying to quit smoking.” Without a moment’s hesitation or thought, I turned to both of them and corrected her. “No, I’m not trying to quit. I quit.”
Thank you, Allen.

I quit in 2004 after smoking 20 a day for more than 10 years. It took me 3 days to read the book and I knew as soon as I finished that I would never smoke again. The first thing I did was to celebrate in the pub – normally the worst place for a fresh quitter!! It’s been 5 years now and I cannot believe I was such a mug as a smoker.
I should have written to Allen when I had just quit and when he was still alive, that and not reading the book sooner, are most regretful.

I was a smoker for 20 years and have tried several times to give up, only to fail. I finally decided to give it one last go and a went out and bought ‘The easyway to stop smoking’. I have to admit I was extremely dubious – how can a book stop me smoking? I read it and even up to the last chapter I was not convinced it was going to work. The last chapter took me a while to read as I was terrified of no longer being the same person without a cigarette in my hand! Well what can I say?! It is amazing. I have stopped now for almost a month and it really has been easy! I have had no real cravings and best of all I haven’t eaten the entire house! I would recommend this book over and over – anyone who wants to stop should definitely give it a go; it really does work!
Caz Evans said,
Bought the book and read it in one day on holiday. When I started it I hadnt expected to not be smoking by the end. I was just intending to start to psych (sic) myself up for my first attempt at quitting that was supposed to be next year.
That was 30 days ago and a 20-a-day, 20 year addiction has just disappeared!
I live with a smoker, I still have cigarettes and lighters around the house. I have absolutely no desire to smoke and havent since that first day!
I am still completely stunned and so, so glad I picked up this book.

Hi – today I have been for FOUR walks!!! Until Tuesday evening (2 days ago) one walk would have been enough to cause sharp pains in my chest, and that’s if I could have found the ENERGY to force myself on one walk!
So what happened on Tuesday evening? ... I finished reading Allen Carr’s “Easy Way to Stop Smoking” and smoked my last ever cigarette.
Only two days and the benefits are clear aleady – plus I haven’t had a moment’s craving. This really is the EASY way to stop smoking!

I had no intention of quiting smoking as I didn’t want to put myself through the stress or ‘deprive’ myself… My mum gave me the easyway book and to keep her happy I read it.
It was the best thing I’v ever done and by far the easiest! it makes you feel really strong and empowered for being able to do something your told is the hardest thing you’ll have to do!
Thank you again and I have passed it on to all my smoking friends who are slowly but surely all quitting! :)

Having been a smoker for 23 years, I had tried so many times to quit smoking, using all different methods. EASYWAY was the easiest method, and truly worked! Unlike nicotine replacement therapy and the willpower methods, I actually ENJOY not smoking! I don’t think about it all the time anymore, but when I do think about smoking, I’m glad I am finally FREE!! I’m not longer at the mercy of an inanimate object-a pack of cigarettes! THANK YOU, Allen Carr, for you literally saved my life!

All I can say, the Easyway video is for

Attended the clinic on Saturday and I am still buzzing. Just passed the 48 hour mark and it feels great. The empty feeling was at its worse this morning but I am embracing it rather than letting it get on top of me. I am getting a real pleasure knowing I am free and killing the addiction. I feel much more alert today and thats just 48 hours. Imagine the difference a month will make. I am excited about being “normal” again.

Hi, I’m 37 years old and started smoking at the very young age of 14.I have been living in Australia since 2001. I’ve tried to quit numerous times unsuccessfully. A friend gave me Allen Carr’s book 2 years ago. I read the first few pages then it went in my bookshelf until 4 months ago. I pulled it back and read it.I’ve been cigarette free (not even a single puff) for the last 3 months and somehow I just know in my heart I will never smoke again. It is hard to believe considering that i’m notorious for my attitudes of being negative, skeptical and even fatalistic. Never I would have thought that a book claiming an easy way to cure smoking addiction could be accurate and sounding way too good to be true. I still can’t clearly make sense of how it works, i only have a vague idea. It’s like it brainwashes you from the brainwashing. It works even if you don’t believe it! It must have a magical spell on it. It has changed my life and gave me the greatest sense of freedom. I consider this book more sacred than the holy bible. I’ve purchased a copy for my friend who has desperately tried to quit so many times in the last few years.

I was a smoker for about 11 years and wanted to stop when myself and my partner moved in together I read the easy way to stop smoking in just 1 day and have not smoked since, it has now been 7 years and I never even think about it.
the first few weeks were very strange I dreamt about it and often awoke dissapointed that I had had a cigarette when in fact there were none in the house ‘crazy’ but the book was the best I have ever read and it has paid for itself 1000000 times over with the money I have saved not to mention my health.
Thanks a million !!!

Hey there,
I’ve read Allen Carrs’s book one jear and three months ago. First i thougt: I can’t believe a book can make you want to stop if you don’t want to in the first place. But i read it anyway wiht no strings attachted. When i started reading the book, ik kept seeing the green monster that i/the nicotine have created; funny and it works! The same day i did’t care if my husband would stop too…. because i wanted to stop and i found motivation. I used to be so tired every day but never thought that nicotine had influence on that;
IT HAS!! So that was the beginning.
I laughed smoking my last cigarette and i did’t even finish it…
Every now and then i feel like smoking, but then i see that green monster…. and the positive sides off not smoking and i never won’t to lose that!!! NO WAY! Not even a set-back and i’m proud off that. I would like to say thank you to our fellow angel Allen Carr.
Take care,
Naima from Holland.
