I am so chuffed with myself that I have made it one whole year without cigarettes that I had to let you know.
I attended one of your sessions on 1st March 2008 and havent looked back since. I had tried just about everything known to man prior to trying the easyway and nothing worked.
I am so happy and after 20 years I finally feel in control of my life.
I had two work colleagues attend separately in the months following my session and both of them are still smoke free.
Thank you very much, keep up the great work.

I have saved over $4500 on smokes, and I choke when I
am around a smoker now.
It,s been just over 18 months and I have been through
most ups and downs without a cigarette.
I just bought myself a new carbon fibre road bicycle
with a grand to spare as reward.
I found the real reward was attending your class.
Thanks again Natalie!
Your the real deal.

I just want to say that after smoking 50 cigarettes a day for 20 years, I am finally free of their evil grip.
My friend was told by his friend to read the book. He did, and hasn’t smoked for 5 years. My friend told me to get the book. I did, and have been smoke free for 4 years now. It was the easiest thing to do, the total opposite of what I had dreaded-withdrawal symptoms, weight gain, etc etc. My 4 year old son will never, EVER see a cigarette in my mouth.
I thank Alan Carr for my happiness and believe his method should be advertised on every pack of cigarettes – maybe with some testimonials printed on them as well!

I just wanted to say THANKYOU SO MUCH. You have completely changed my life. I only just finished reading the book today but I already know that I will never have to smoke ever again. I cant begin to describe the feeling of having that enormous burden lifted from my shoulders. Everything seems so much better now because I am no longer a slave to the weed.
I am giving this book to all my friends knowing that they will be able to stop smoking just as I have.
Again, thank you so much for saving my life.

I have been waiting till I had gotten through the silly season to write you and tell you I am a NON SMOKER!
After doing the course on 28th November 2008 I left feeling exhausted and ready to take each day as it came. In saying that I am so surprised at how easy it has been. I have no cravings! None at all! That is what I was scared about the most, how to handle the cravings, but I honestly have not had one craving since leaving your course.
Thanks so much! I am enjoying life as a NON SMOKER! Will keep you updated!

I am so pleased to write to you. Tonight, I was talking to a friend online and recommended Allan Carr’s method of quitting smoking. I just remembered how amazing this book is.
A friend gave me the book in 1995. I kept it for a few months and after much nagging, I read the book – after smoking for about 15 years. I quit for about two years. I think I became so confident about being able to quit, I got all cocky and started smoking again when I was drinking with work colleagues. I again was hooked.
Six months of smoking and I was hating myself again, I decided to read the book (had to read it three times this time around) and I quit again.
I would recommend this book to anybody no matter how weak you feel, because it doesn’t tell you to quit, makes you (subconsciously) realise you don’t smoke, so there is no effort involved, and then you have a ‘revalation’ that you don’t smoke anymore. Its sounds soooo hard to believe, but for me, this was the case. The book challenged me to smoke nad think about it, and I couldn’t do it.
I have also been fairly closed minded, and am not one that easily settles down to self help type books and progressive ways of thinking. But this is a good old fashioned miracle, mastered by a man who must have understood the human brain and the tricks of addiction.
I hope people who may read this, and have given up by Allan Carr’s method realise, that you cannot start again, once you have stopped. For me it was much more difficult quitting second time around and at least I have learned my lesson and there won’t be a third time round.
BTW, I am proud to say I have referred this book to many people, who in turn have succeeded and passed the message on. From my personal experiences, it would also be true to say, those that I know that have quit using this method, were the ones who were feeling weak and helpless and never even really want to try, because it was too difficult to face the possibility of failure again. I had to earbash them at an opportune time, and now they are so grateful for my big fat mouth. (sometimes – lol)

I just thought I would let you know that I have not had a cigarette since that 2nd remedial class I took over a year ago and I do not intend to have one either. I knew I would get there in the end, I just had to persist.
Thanks for your understanding and patience when it would have been easy to give up on someone who has regressed a couple of times.

I am now free from what has been controlling my life for years. I am 30 year old female, from London (UK).
After years of failed attempts of trying to quit and my gradual secret depression of knowing that I was still smoking over 20 a day, I picked up the Easyway to quit smoking.
I didn’t believe my friends at first that a book could help me stop over NRT etc… but I read the book and now I am free! I have found this experience “EASY” and I now smile every time I see someone smoke a cigarette as I am free, I only hope they can be one day. Please try it out! You never know it might work!

I gave up smoking after 15 years on 15 – 20 per today, read this book and havent had one since. have not even wanted one. Been really easy, i have recommended to several freinds and family who have also given up. Only regret is I didnt read it earlier.
I came across the ‘Easyway’ DVD rather than the book, and although I am a mere one day into the quitting process, I must say I feel confident that I really will quit for good; I have a slight ‘empty’ feeling, but after watching the DVD I recognise the feeling as ‘getting rid of nicotine’ rather than ‘need a smoke’. And it was so easy!
Allen really has the world a tremendous service.
I’ve been smoker for 11 years! A year ago, I started to read Allen’s book and when I was in the middle stoped readind other part, because I was really afraid from quit smoking. It was so silly!
and few weeks ago, started to run some km’s in evenings, and find the book. And actually when i was read 3/4 i quit smoking as easy as 2+2=4.
Thank’s Allen. You’re man!
never less than 10 cig.
Now – 0 cig.
P.S. I would like to help all smokers in the world to quit smoking. They and their friends and families didn’t deserve smokes!

I finished reading this book 1 March of 2007. At the same time I smoked the last cigarette. Allen Carr’s way to quit smoking is amazing.
Besides that, I was an alcoholic. I thought: “If I quit smoking, why not to try quit drinking the same way?” After three weeks I quit drinking at all.
My life’s really changed, and I’m really grateful to Allen Carr for that.
Thanks a lot, Allen. I was very sckeptical when I started to read your book, but in the end I quit smoking painless. “Easyway” was the most important books in my life. If hadn’t read it and hadn’t quit drinking, all other books would have been not neccessary.
P.S. Sorry for poor English.
THANK YOU ALLEN. I’m from Barcelona (Spain) and I smoked for 14 years. I started at the age of 13. Thanks to your book I saw the light! I thought I had smoked for the rest of my life. I thought I liked it. But it’s not true!
Today I finished the book, and I know that I will never smoke again.
You, ALLEN, helped millions of people! I wish I knew you to thank you. Hope you are in a good place watching from there that you keep helping people arround the world.

I’ve just finished reading the Easyway and I can’t believe it: it was easy. I started reading the book with a huge amount of scepticism because I was very sure I enjoyed smoking. I got the revelation about 3/4 of the way into the book and realised I was perpetuating the craving myself. I am looking forward to being a non-smoker again after 10 years of being a smoker. I made a conscious decision to start smoking ‘late’ in life at the age of 30 to separate myself from a previous life and to fit into a new ‘scene’. Now I realise that I want to be me again and do not want to be frightened about looking forward to the future. Thank you Allen Carr.
I bought “The Only Way to Stop Smoking” after a visit to an NHS Stop Smoking Clinic and three days later I was a free man! Inspired by this experience I bought myself “The Easy Way to Control Alcohol” and am now completely free from an addiction that cost me 10 years of my life and so much more!
Thank you so much for saving me from myself.

I can honestly say, I have never had any cravings since and never gained any weight during the process. I love Allen Carr and spread the word wherever I can. Thank you.

I started smoking at the age of 11yrs, I never really liked it & always lived in fear of it. I trained to be a Nurse in 1998 at the age of 22yrs & still throughout my training & working as a quailified Nurse & despite the debilitating diseases & death I experienced I felt I couldnt stop. For the last 10yrs of my smoking life I tried everything & I mean everything. I had never heard of Allen Carr untill Nov 2006 when I was shopping for yet another round of patches & his book was sat on the shelf next to them. I flipped through the pages & caught a sentence that made me laugh out loud, I just thought oh my god, thats me, how does he know?! I read the book in 2 days & have never smoked or wanted to since. Allen Carr is a pure genius, I will be eternally greatful.

In year 2000 I attended one of your clinics in Bristol. I had smoked between 40 and 60 cigarettes a day since the 1970s, and had tried to quit many times before. I can honestly say that since I left the meeting that day I have not had a single puff on a cigarette or any other tobacco product.
6 years ago I read your book and it worked like a charm. I haven’t smoked since, and I never will.

12 September 2001, was a day most people remember as being the day after terrorism attacked the USA. I remember it as the day I smoked my last cigarette after Robin Hayley came over to my Haarlem office and after 4 hours of stimulating discussion, I was a non-smoker. And still am. Thank you Robin, Allen Carr and Fluor. I just wanted to say I have never felt an urge to smoke, no matter how many previously powerful triggers I experience. Even getting more than tipsy has never even once tempted me to smoke again. I wonder though why the uk government is pushing the ludicrous patches and gum. Must be because they are making money from it, and from the cigarettes bought when the users of these “aids” to quitting fail. After all we can’t have a cut in the public purse can we? Any campaign to enlighten the population would get my active support.

I have never tried to stop smoking before, and on a 20-30 a day addiction, I didn’t think that I ever would. I was desperate to stop and thought that I’d give Alan Carr a shot. I went into that session on 6 April 2008 and haven’t had a puff since; I can hardly believe it myself – a non smoker! I was scared to stop smoking; I wondered what on earth I would do with myself, but I don’t even think about smoking anymore. It was a doddle and nobody is more amazed about that than I am.

Good morning. I am from Russia. Excuse me for my English. I am 33 years old. I smoke about 10 years, but 3 years ago I have read your book and it help me to stop smoking. I am very happy !!!
Today I want to read your book “Easy Way to Control Alcohol”.
GREAT THANK YOU!!!
Good day to everybody. I’m from Russia, Novosibirsk. I start smoking when I was 13 years old. Because in this country it is difficult to avoid drugs, cigaretts and other looks like things. So day after day I sank deeper and deeper in that awful trap. I thought that it wouldn’t be problem for me to give it up. But it was my mistake. When I was sixteen years old I was put to prison in 1997. In the places like that it is especially difficult to stop smoking. So I kept smoking. And the most awful was that I smoke cigaretts without filter, because there wasn’t alternative. I released in 2003 with lungs full of poison. But I kept smoking. I was free just by freedom, but not enough as it could be. I started to buy expensive cigaretts. It was seem that their taste was pleasant, especially after dinner. Many times I tried to give up smoking. The most achievement that I reached was three days without smoking. Every time I got failuer.
That relly annoyed me. So I started to seek the way, how to get rid of this habit. Once my friend told me that there was a book, which could help you to give it up. At first I didn’t believe that any book could
help to stop smoking. Especially I have been smoking for 13 years at the moment when I first heard about the book. But I decided for myself that I have to, must to stop smoking anyway. So I asked my friend to tell me the name of the author of the book. It was amazing. I stoped smoking. But it was not so long, just a week. Now I don’t know why do I did it. I just wanted to take pleasure from “just only one cigarette”. Now I realised that there is no just “only one”. Two years has passed since that. Nevertheless I did it. I gave up smoking on the 1st of may this year. I read it again but more attentively. More than two months passed. I feel myself much better. Sometimes I feel that I can fly. Something pleasing inside me. It feels like my soul wants to sing. And my friend, that told me about the book is still smoking. He is afraid to read it. But I do not understand him.
I know that I didn’t buy the book. But anyway I’d like to THANK Mr. Allen Carr. He released me from that nicotine slavery. God blees you Mr. Allen Carr.
I apologise for my english, I tought it by my self.
Thank you) I’m so happy)))))))
I’m free :)))
I had quit on smoking for a week now, and i am so glad and sure that my lips would never suck on a cigarette ever more.
Thanks to Allen Carr, may he rest in peace.
and thanks to all the hardworking guys in this organization.
and IF you are a smoker and reading this… i wanna tell you something.. i was scared and frustrated about it too but everything went out to be so easy.
I hated every cigarette I smoked, I determined that that was my last cigarette but it never happened. Now after reading this book I am smoke free for 11 or 12 days. I don’t remember the exact day of my quitting as it was totally unplanned. I just saw the BBC video of Allen Carr on YouTube and proceeded to read a part of the book and never smoked again,
Thank you for your great work. Me and my girlfriend watched your movie and now does not smoke, we are very grateful to you.
I see that in Ukraine (my country) not yet to your clinics, and even proximity. We would be very happy if one day you decide to open another clinic in Ukraine, and would gladly help you with it, because we are incredibly many people smoking (more than 70% of Ukraine’s population), and they certainly need help.
I quit smoking once before after visiting a hyptotherapist, it did work for a time, but it was very hard and before I knew it I was back smoking when I was out, this soon grew more common and soon enough I was a full time smoker again. I was devastated. After a few months I read the ‘easy way to stop smoking’ and have so far not smoked in 2 weeks. I have found it so easy so far, I dont crave, I’m not stressed I am so happy. I was a bit sceptical before I started to read the book, but it really does work. I know I will never smoke again, and I’m thrilled to bits :-)
I just wanted to post and say that I read the book over 3 months ago and haven’t touched a cigarette since. I approached the book as such a sceptic but it totally worked and I have now bought Allen’s book on losing weight for my partner as she was struggling to get started on her diet again and I thought if he could he me so easy then it must be worth a try for her too. I have not been even slightly tempted by a fag since I quit and I know that I have now quit for good – feels so great to be a non-smoker, and I think that EVERY smoker should read the book and get free of the addiction!
It’s been three years just on the 4th of July since I quit smoking. It’s easier than what you might imagine and you don’t need to be strong but only willing of quit smoking. Allen Carr’s book gives you the right inputs to quit and you soon will forget about you being a former smoker. Just try when you want to quit and it works. The right day never comes if you don’t want it to come.
Thank goodness for Allen Carr’s book. After 25+ years of smoking and trying the drugs and nicotine replacement “therapies”, the way out was Allen’s Easyway program. I have been nicotine free for more than two years now, and it turned out to be “easy”!
I am thankful that the program continues without Allen- Keep up your important work!

I started smoking when I was 17 and am now 21. I started slowly, at parties and then it took over my life. I would go for a walk if I had no money and try to bum smokes off the smokers I saw. I’m GLAD its over now. I joined a support group to see my progress daily and there I found out about the illustrated stop smoking books by Allen Carr. I had already quit before reading them but it has made the quit so much easier. I’m telling all of my smoking friends and family members about these books. They are wonderful. Thank you so much. I’m the lead singer in a rocknroll band and this decision is helping my dreams and career. Again, Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My one year anniversary is coming up in four days. It still astonishes me that I don’t have any need for cigarettes. I am indebted to Allen for his book. It gave me my life back. All my fears of quitting proved to be irrational. I can have a drink. I can be around smokers. And I don’t need one to relax, I already am relaxed!
Twenty years of smoking. Three years trying to quit. Every day wondering when my next cigarette would be. When Allen’s book convinced me the answer was never, I was free.

It’s been a year today since I attended the clinic and I just wanted to write and say thank you, as I am still a happy non-smoker!
I have told a lot of friends hoping to quit about the book and the clinic, and thought I’d take this opportunity to say that I don’t think there is enough publicity for either. I think there are so many people out there wanting to quit without any idea that there is a simple solution.
Anyway, I can’t thank you enough, and I will keep spreading the word as best I can!
Came to your clinic back in February and really haven’t looked back since. Been feeling absolutely brilliant about not smoking – it’s been a fundamentally positive shift and change in my life.
Thank you so much…
And for a laugh, I thought you might enjoy reading an email I sent to “CigStar” a nicotine supplier posing as a cessation aid company…
I bet you lot are owned by Philip Morris or BAT or some other suckers of satan’s spawn…
Tobacco Exec: “Mmmm… dwindling market of smokers, need to maintain profits… I know! Let’s keep selling the suckers nictotine but tell them it’s to ‘help them give up’... Genius! And what’s more, we can still sell the ‘replacement therapy’ for as much as cigarettes but we don’t have to pay that horrendous tax because it’s a, umm, medicine!”
You go guys, what a service to the community you lot are! No doubt your place in heaven is already assured and CigStar is already being considered but the Nobel Peace Prize judges as a contender for the next “Contribution to Humanity” prize.
If you really want to help people give up smoking (which of course you do so long as they stay hooked on CigStar) and free themselves from nicotine then you’d know that the true solution lies with the Allen Carr organization. 90% success rate with no gimmicks and no drugs – it just works. As in, you know you don’t need nicotine any more.

My partner and I attended your seminar early this year at Balmain Leagues club. Prior to this, we had tried everything form patches, Nicobrethen pills, gum, hypnosis you name it We walked out of the course on the Saturday and have never looked back. We both laugh at how easy it was! I remember walking out of there on the day and was still a little skeptical. I did not think that this new mindset would last and I would be a happy non smoker forever but it has, and I am and I will never look back. I was initially worried that the next day, or the day after that I would be craving one but I never did. I did not eat more or put on weight I actually lost a little which surprised me and also made it easy to stay on track.
I Just want to say on behalf of my partner and myself, thank you so much. This program is the best thing I have ever done and it has changed both our lives!

Just a quick note to say thank you! Myself, my boyfriend Rob and our friend Dave did the course two months ago (on June 7 – we were the hungover ones!) and I’m really pleased to say that none of us have touched a cigarette since. In fact I just can’t imagine smoking again – which is a big thing for the girl who could never have a glass of wine without multiple cigarettes in her hand (not at once!).
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you – and all the best for the continued success of the course.
My Testomonial to Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking is I wake up every morning and thank God he had wonderful people to carry on his work. As a smoker for 35 years & having tried all the other methods I am in my third week after doing Allen’s Easyway Seminar I feel like it’s a miracle I can’t believe after all my efforts it was as easy as this. I have got my life back & received the most precious 50th Birthday Gift I could get” being a non-smoker”. I have a 4 year old Grandson that tells me every time he sees me how proud he is that I don’t smoke anymore! You Can’t Get Better than that!!!
Everything that I had heard about this method was the truth & I am living it.
PS Thank you Natalie I have my husband back!!!!!!
I left a comment on 4th Feb to say I had been a non smoker for 2 weeks. I am now at almost 6 months and wanted to say I am still free and wake each day feeling healthy and alive. It was the best and easiest thing I have ever done. Thanks so much once again.
Just thought I would write a note to say 2 months have passed and I haven’t had a cigarette;-)
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My boyfriend and I are now saving the money to get married and then take 6 months off to go to Australia.
