Hello, me again.

Whoopieeeeeeeeee – GOLD!!!

I have been quit for one whole year, best thing i ever did, and i’ve already saved over 3 grand (AU$).

But the money isn’t what it’s all about, it’s the health benefits – physical and psychological.

Life is immeasurably better without cigarettes than it will ever br with them.

It’s all thanks to Allen Carr whom i owe my quit to. TY TY TY TY TY TY TY.

Sean – Free and Healing for One Year, Two Days, 9 Hours and 49 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 25 Days and 14 Hours, by avoiding the use of 7368 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $3,052.20.

In February 2008 I participated in an Allen Carr's Easyway To Stop Smoking Clinic/Centre sessions in Zurich. Up to now and to this hour I smoked no more cigarettes. I am with smokers everyday. but it does not disturb me at all at all. I smoked 60 a day for 40 years long!! Am really glad that I free from this poison and hope that the current situation still for a long time continues. The money I spent on the seminar is saved from the cigarettes I no longer smoke. I can only further-recommend this session/seminar. Yours sincerely Rolf von Allmen, Switzerland

I quit smoking after reading this book! I have been smoke free for 3 months, and have never felt better. I didnt feel deprived at all and after the first 4 days I had no more cravings. Thanks Allen Carr!

My wife and I were heavy smokers; I had been smoking 60 cigarettes a day for over 25 years, while my wife averaged about 40 cigarettes a day. The habit was costly and was also affecting our health. I used to find it difficult to wake up in the morning – usually starting the day with a strong coughing session – and also found it difficult to exercise. Any mildly strenuous activity, like going up three flights of stairs, would launch a bout of heavy coughing that would leave me breathless.

This was about six years ago. My wife and I separately attended Allen Carr’s clinic in Raynes Park, London, and we have not smoked another cigarette since. It has had an impact on our pocket – we put the savings to good use by buying a nice Mercedes car – and also an impact on our health – I find it easier to wake up in the morning and the terrible coughing has virtually stopped.

I can never thank Allen Carr enough for these results. Our one regret is that we lost the names of our therapists because we would have liked to thank them personally.

Thank you so much for this method!! As a training classical singer, not a day goes by that I wished that I had never forced myself to smoke at a young age. You are so right, about everything. The stress of wishing that I could just stop smoking made me want to smoke even more. Once it finally set in that the stress of life would be there regardless of smoking, and that smoking relieves stress is just an illusion, it became very clear to me that smoking wasn’t actually doing anything for me. Then you go down this thought process of why you would kill yourself for nothing. Not long after that I had my last cigarette and I know that I will never look back. If you feel the need to smoke, just ask yourself “what will it really help?” The answer is NOTHING!

Thank you so much for saving my life and my career. I will share this book with everyone I know. It really works!

I have recommended several of my patients to stop smoking using Allen Carr’s method, and I must admit that the results were impressive. People that had tried everything to quit with no success, stopped smoking easily and permanently. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

Allen Carr was indeed a genius. I was a smoker for 8 years and had unsuccesfully tried to quit in several ocassions. I had only be able to quit for 2-3 months each time, then I would be back to 1 pack per day. Each time I would struggle not to go back to smoking, and each time I lost the battle. I eventually realized I was hooked in nicotine and got scared that I would never quit.
Luckily, I found the book. I read it in 3 days, and stopped smoking on the 4th day, for good. I felt so happy and relieved the next day that I still remember that day as one of my happiest.
I DID NOT BELIEVE AT FIRST THAT A BOOK COULD HELP YOU QUIT, AND OF COURSE I DID NOT THINK I WOULD BE HAPPY TO QUIT BUT EVERYTHING IS TRUE.

If in doubt, please read the book, it won’t cost you anything!

I am amazed on how effective was the results from the Easy Way.
I start to hear the audio book last monday’s morning and by dinner time I already did become a non-smoker for life.

Thanks for giving back my life by supporting me on getting out of illusions.
Once you have the correct perception you can achieve anything.

Our mind is a fantastic tool; it can lead us for good or for ruins depending on how we think.

Hope that someday the Easy Way can be better advertised in Brazil (we have millions of smokers on Brazil).

I was very sad to hear about Allen’s death. I’m sure that it is impossible to calculate the sheer number of lives that he has transformed and saved since he published his first book.

I used Easyway to quit smoking (easily and for good!) and I have recommended it unreservedly to anyone who may need it since then. Given the unbelievable success of Allen Carr’s method for millions of people it is truly incredible that ‘nicotine replacement therapy’ products are still so heavily marketed and recommended by government and medical bodies. It really is a case of powerful lobbying interests cynically pushing their products at the cost of health and lives.

I can not believe that this book worked. I had tried just about everything before from cold turkey to champix. I smoked about 30 a day for over 20 years. I read the book in a day and I was done forever

I smoked approx 25 cigarettes a day for 30 years. In that time I managed to not smoke for 4 days. I smoked cannabis too with tobacco & would smoke a cigarette whilst I was rolling a joint. I hated smoking though didn’t know how to stop. I tried hypnosis, nicotine patches etc though nothing worked until I read Allens book. The 1st time I read his book my smoking actually increased! I felt it was too truthful & something in me tried to fight it. Eventually I read his book again approx 10 times & it finally sunk in. I have not smoked now for around 6 years & have no desire to smoke at all. When I go swimming now I always swim 2-4 25m lengths underwater (with breaks. I’m not a fish!) to test my health. Reading Allens book was one of the best things that has happened to me & I recommend his book at every opportunity. The guy was a genius. Thanks Allen

Any sceptics out there please just try it its only the price of a couple of packs of fags. thank you Joe.

I’d quit smoking for 3 weeks when my daughter came home to visit and gave me your book “Easy Way To Stop Smoking” I wish I’d read it 3 weeks ago as I realise I’ve been fooling myself with nicotine gum. However I’m on the right track I’ve thrown the Nicotone gum in the bin and last night I went to my first social night out without the deadly weed. I got through it, I’m still alive !!! I feel so good because I know for sure I was killing myself . I was diagnosed with Chronic Lung Disease 2 years ago, I’ve been selfish continuing to smoke as my hubby and children love me.I realise I was slowly but surely commiting suicide. I’ve been a smoker for 31 years but no more. Regards Linda x

Dear Allen,
I am from Uruguay, South America. I am a 38-year-old English teacher. I´ve got four kids.
I read your book and I have just had my last cigarette and I already feel free.
I have to thank you not only because you could help me get rid of this horrible and disgusting habit, but also because you made me smile and laugh several times while reading the book.
I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day and my kids did not like it, although I never smoked inside the house.
It is very late here, 3:45 am and I cannot wait until tomorrow to wake up and star the new wonderful life that is ahead of me.
I am eager for winter to come and for being able to enjoy a nice evening next to the fire without having to go out in the cold to smoke.
Thanks again and hope my sharing can help other people to start enjoying life.
I am very happy.

I was a 20 a day smoker for 30 years, and have been given a very special gift from Coleen and the team at the London clinic. Two weeks ago I smoked my last cigarette and I cried while smoking it. I felt like an idiot but it was a very emotional moment as I knew there and then I was free and the relief of knowing that there would be no failure this time was overwhelming. I cannot put into words what you have done for me and how grateful I am. If anyone is thinking about attending a session, don’t put it off like I did for two years, frightened of failure. Do it, you have nothing to loose, except the fear. Karen

I stopped smoking ten years ago at around 5pm.

Announced to my partner that I had enough tobacco for a few ciggies and when it was finished I would not buy anymore and would stop smoking.

He was delighted, the first month was hard but after that no problem plus I lost weight instead of eaing more sweets and cakes I didn’t as could taste everything too well.

Brilliant lost two habits in one go.
Would reccomend everyone who smokes to stop smoking and enjoy a better and healthier life.

After receiving a Nintendo DS as a Christmas present, My Son picked up “My Health Coach Stop Smoking With Allen Carr” for the DS console from our local supermarket. I bought it not really beleiving it would stop me smoking but was curious of what it could do for me anyway. I’ve smoked for 15 years and smoked an average of 30 – 40 a day. After going through your console game I’ve successfully stopped smoking for a month now and on top of that joined the gym at the same time as quiting smoking. I’ve never felt this healthy since I was a teenager. I have a great big THANK YOU to say to you, not only from me but from my son and my wife to be (April 4th to be exact)! as well. So from someone who didn’t beleive I could stop smoking so easily, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! IT REALLY WORKS!

My friend gave me the book one day and also a copy for my wife. We laughed and thought it was ridiculous that a book with such a silly title could get us to quit smoking. We read and we quit in fact my final cigarette 2 years ago made me sick to my stomach.
I can also easily be around smokers even have them smoke in my car once in a while no prolem. It sounds so silly but it is the easy way to quit and I would tell anyone and everyone I wholeheartedly support this book.

Hi you all happy people without a smoke anymore!
I`m a 30 years old woman from Finland and proud of myself for leaving the most vicious habit I`ve got hooked on!
It has been two weeks since I smoked my last tobacco, and it may sound like a very short time, but to me it`s like a one lifetime; cause i feel like been given to a whole new life! And I all ready know, that NOTHING can make me smoke ever again.
Finally I have achieved the ONE thing I`ve been so shamed on for 15 years; smoking.
The first week wasn`t so easy as the Book said it would be, but much much EASIER than I ever believed it could be.
So all I can really say, is THANK YOU Allen Carr for owning the brain and courage you do for writing these words of wisdom!!!
With love and gratitude,

27 years of smoking . . . 3 weeks a non-smoker and feeling extremely positive as now I understand what the whole act was about. Have put myself in circumstances where I would have been miserable without a cigarette and it’s been ridiculously easy! Realise how much calmer I am now I’m not fighting to fine THE perfect environment (and drag my friends with me) to have that so called relaxing cigarette with a wine. Quite a revelation.

Just a quick email to thank Susan (Allen Carr’s Easyway Eire clinics) for helping me over the fence and getting me out of the smoking trap!

Susan – the day I walked out of the course I knew that was it. It’s been over a month now and I’m already ripping the benefits from appearance to energy and confidence. I’ve replaced my 3 cigg’s and a cup of coffee in the morning to fruit and orange juice. Total life change. Feel so clean and healthy.

That day when you were handing out the guarantee I didn’t want to take it because I knew I would never have a need for it. I’ve been spreading the word so hopefully I can send on some referrals to you and your team.

Big thanks again and keep up the great work.
