i attended the Raynes Park clinic on Friday 19th november. Its only sunday 21st now but i cant believe how easy it is, ive gone from 35 Bensons a day to nothing without a single craving, i know thats it for me now the filthy things have gone forever! i would urge any smoker trying to escape, GIVE IT A GO IT WORKS!! thank you Mr Allen Carr. rip
I read the book 2 times before i stopped. I have been smoking for 14 years. And i have never tryed to stopp in the past, this was my first and only go at it.
The first week was hell, but after that it was heaven. I have been a non-smoker for 1 1/2 year now, the book was a great help. My friends say thay have “tried” to stopp and always start again, 1 even stopped for 1 year then started again. Then i say : You should not try to stopp, you just stopp.
That was my way. Dont try just do.
So thanks again for this amaizing book.

Thank you so much…
Having read the EASY WAY book and followed the instructions I was able to quit smoking with the ease and happiness Allen Carr writes of – and through an exceptionally stressful period in my life!
I think what really nailed it for me were the failings of ‘the will power method’ (so obvious when you know!) and the knowledge that every cigarette creates the ‘need’ (as it is a falsely perceived ‘need’) for the next one – and thus the chain continues until you break it – which you can!
There is so, so much more to the method to help you quit if you’re seriously considering it – just read or attend, understand and follow the instructions – it’s that simple!
Deep down I was terrified that I’d always be a smoker and would eventually die of it – as both my Grandfathers had…
Now I’m a happy non-smoker and because of the EASY WAY method it really was so easy!
A great many thanks to Allen Carr, his family, his company and all of his employees.

I have tried to quit smoking many times over my life, always with a form of nicotine replacement. I read the book by Allen Carr and quit smoking immediately. My grandchildren hated it when I would smoke, so I let them crush my last two cigarettes. They really enjoyed that and I haven’t smoked since that moment. I would have never believed that I could quit smoking cold turkey, but I did just that. I had never heard of the EASY WAY before seeing the book at the book store. I would like to give this book to every smoker I know that has ever wanted to quit. My daughters and grandchildren are so proud of me and so grateful that I took this opportunity to improve my life. I have not had any cravings or withdrawl symptoms. I am forever grateful to EASY WAY!

It’s been over 4 years now since I quit. I quit 5 days before going on a holiday to Turkey, where you can sit and smoke in pubs and clubs and restaurants. I have never had a single craving. My angina has gone. I have lost over 80lbs and I feel better at 39 than i did at 20. And i don’t just feel better physically, mentally I am no longer a slave to that addiction. Oh to be free. I can only implore you to read and understand this man’s work. Not only will it save your life but it will give you back a quality of life that addiction stole from you.
Tiril, soon 28, from Norway. I started to smoke at the age of 15 and by the age of 20 I tryed for the first time to stop with “willpower”. Ofcourse it only lasted for 2 weeks that time and every time after. This year I bought the book (the book for us womans) and LOVED to read it. I was a 5 a day- smoker and thought that I was pretty “safe”. But after every sigarett I felt my body lost its power, I felt realy bad about my self and afraid of wich sigarett would be the one who would start cancer growing inside of me, but even so I
did not manage to quit. After reading the book and smoking my LAST sigarett I look so differently at everything that has to do with smoking. I am finaly free and today Im buying the Allen Carr course to my mother for christmas. She have smoked for 30 years and have tryed to stop many times, with willpower, pills and other substitutes, but still she thinks she finds a lot of “support” and even “a friend in hard times” in sigaretts. I will mean so incredible much to me and my sister that our mother can grow healthy and old and see her grandchildren grow up. I also wish for her and every smoker in this world to experince all the joy and plessure that appears when sigaretts no longer is a part of your life. I dont even have to wish you good luck, just read the book, or go to the course and do the instructions. Its so easy. You will get there! Gi for it!
I am 25 and I was a smoker for 10 years. Everyone regarded me as a person who would eventually die of cancer. Now I am free! Even my father who’s been smoking for 40 years wants to read the book, of course he’s postponing quitting… Don’t wait, people! Read it now. I enjoy the smell of air in the morning! I get up more easily in the morning and my throat is not sore. I enojoy taking long walks. I even started eating apples which I hated for most of my life because I did not really know that they taste so great! How sad is that??? I wish the other people to experience the fullness of life I did when I quit. Thank you, Allen Carr.

Thank you to the late Allen Carr for saving my life!!!! You have left an amazing legacy!!! I will recommend this book over and over again to anyone who wants to listen. It was my miracle book and hopefully the word will spread enough one day that everyone will be happy non smokers like me:) It is almost unbelievable how is easy it was!!!
I quit 7 weeks ago today. I tried several times before with (patches, hypnotism and Chantix). I was able to quit for about 10 weeks w/Chantix but as soon as I stopped taking them I started smoking again and the same with the patches. As soon as I stopped take the patches I started smoking again.
I’m 63 years old and smoked most my life. I can’t believe how easy this was. Every day I’m more and more amazed that I’ve actually kicked it.
Thanks. Hope I can write you in 10-20 years and thank you for saving my life.

The night i decided to stop smoking, after finishing reading the book of Allen Carr, i dreamt how much i was happy to have decided to quit smoking! It was unbelievable.

I was told I had to give up smoking due to high blood pressure – patches were useless, NHS waste of time so I bought THE BOOK!! Nearly six years later and I can’t believe it was sooooo easy to stop! Allen Carr was a miracle worker. My son also gave up a year ago and as a student it has helped enormously with his finances. It is fantastic to be able to run upstairs and not have a coughing fit or suffer the breathlessness. Thanks Allen you were a wonderful man.

I quit smoking for 8 months a few years back (before reading Allen Carr’s book) and also found it really easy, what I didn’t know was how not to fall back into the Nicotine Trap, so I started smoking again. It seemed like ages til I felt ready to quit again, wondering why I was finding it so hard when I’d found it so easy all those years ago.
I quit using patches, and 3 days in I saw AC’s book on Amazon… £5 later, I was off the patches and felt as good as I had done all those years ago! The best thing about it is, I know that I’ll never smoke again!
So now… £474.00p and 86 days later… I feel FANTASTIC!
I’m now recommending it to people I know, because the best thing in the world is to change your life, without actually changing your life!
I attended one of your sessions 4 weeks and 1 day ago in Nottingham and wanted you to know how I have got on. I can’t thank you enough for giving me my life back. It has been easy, no doubt about it, I haven’t had the moment of revelation but I know I will never smoke again and I don’t know why I know that – I just do.!!!!
I have told everyone about it and am amazed at the level of scepticism – all my friends are waiting to see how I get on before they commit to the programme which seems a bit cock eyed !

I stopped smoking in June of 2010 with the help of the DVD. I had decided that I was tired of smelling like smoke, tired of feeling horrible all the time, and most of all, I was tired of the expense! I hardly even think about smoking any more, I never feel the need to smoke a cigarette and I’m happier and healthier than ever. Thank you, Allen Carr and the Easyway team.

I quit smoking 79 days ago, with the aid of Allen Carr’s book, and I couldn’t be happier! I was pretty much determined, this time, and personally I think this is an essential condition, otherwise it won’t work. But once you have got very clear in your mind that you want to free yourself from that slavery, the Easyway method proves VERY helpful… it was for me, as I quit with hardly any effort! Allen Carr’s book made me see how I was doing myself a great favour. Quitting has never been a sacrifice, but a gift indeed! So, I’m very grateful to late Mr Carr… and proud of myself!

This book changed my life. I was a smoker of 35Yrs I am now a nonsmoker and yes it was so easy once I was given the tools to stop. My fear of stoping was the weight gain I am still the same size I was before I stoped 2yrs ago. I have told so many people about the book. I just wish I found the book eairler. This book should be compolsery reading in schools. Thankyou from every being in my body.
I stopped smoking using Allen Carr’s method over eight years ago, and it’s still the single most life-changing thing I’ve ever done. I never would have believed that such an enjoyable process could have such deep and permanent results.
Really examining the ways my own mind would try to trick me into doing something I didn’t want to do, and thereby seeing how powerless addictive thinking really is, gave me such insight into healthy being that I feel my life has continued to get better and better ever since.
The anti-brainwashing can be carried over into so many self-destructive behaviours, and if it can help you get beyond nicotine addiction, it can help you do anything! Many of my friends have also successfully quit since seeing my transformation, and I continue to recommend the books to smokers and non-smokers alike.
Thank you so much, Allen.

Who said God doesn’t use bad choices/experiences for good purposes? Allen, thank you. Thank you for smoking and thank you for learning what you did; your contribution to everyone you helped lead out of the smoking hell both before and after your death will never be fully realized or known.
Thank you for sharing your method and may your soul rest in peace my brother!
12 years after smoking my first ciggarette, and after numerous attempts to quit using will-power, patches, gum etc I was introduced to the Easyway method by a friend. That was nine months ago, and I remain happily smoke free to this day! I am genuinely elated everytime I remind myself that I am no longer in the nicotine trap. I wholeheartedly recommend the Easyway approach. Do it!

I smoked my first cigarette aged 9 and was totally addicted by age 13. I have spent 22 years trying to quit and thousands of Euros on nicotine replacement (Gum, inhalers, gel….I have tried them all).
It took me two days to read the book and I haven’t had a Nicorette since, I know I will never have one again and more importantly I will never have a sneaky smoke(s) when I out with friends and alcohol is involved or am on holiday an decide to buy some cigarettes as ‘a treat’, what a way to treat myself! I do not want or need nicotine in my life anymore.
I am a non smoker, I never thought I would say that, Easyway works, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Er redet viel von Gehirnwäsche, hat mir mit dem Buch eine positive unterzogen und bin stolz darauf :)

Today is October 24, 2010 and I am 51 years old today. 5 Weeks ago I smoked my last cigarette and I have never been happier. I live in Apex, North Carolina. My only sadness about no longer smoking is that I am not able to tell Mr Carr my story. I have been a smoker for the last 30 years. I am so thankful to have had Mr Carr’s book recommended to me and am so thankful that he wrote the book! I have not stopped telling friends and family about the book and will never stop recommending it and singing it’s praises! God bless Allen Carr!!! May he rest in peace.
This is the best and safest method to stop smoking and it has been very enjoyable in the process as in the past when I have tried I was always miserable and feeling terrible withdrawals, Allen Carr’s method is the only way to really stop smoking, thank you so much, this has changed my life.
I realy thank you for this book! I quit smoking after a read the book. It’s been two days without smoking and it’s really cool. I smoked almost 10 years and my boyfriend like 12. Now both of us are free!! We started to enjoy life. We support each other, and we hug often.

After trying for four years to quit through just about every single way possible. I happened upon Allen’s book in the book store. I read a few pages and thought what the heck…since I could still smoke while I read it, I began reading it very, very slowly. I forced myself to finish it and came to the conclusion that I had been so foolish from the start and I wished I had started with his book. I’m finally done smoking…never going back…YIPPPEE I’m a Non Smoker!

I have just smoked my last poisonous cigarette and just wanted to let you know that I feel fantastic about being FREE! I am looking forward to a life without smoking and know that when I wake up in the morning I will have made the best decision of my life, thank you Allen for writing this book.
Dear Allen Carr,
I would like to express my huge gratitude for your book! I become a non-smoker! It is gorgeous; it is strong and helpful book. And you`re the person who has fostered my ability to reach the highest goals in my life!!!!!
With best respect,
I have been smoking since I was 17, 1-1.5 packs per day and I am 43 now. I quit cold turkey when I was pregnant and all I could think was how I am going to start all over again after the 9 months + 2 or 3 months will be over.
I tried the patch and the gum until I became addicted to it.
Last year I quit for 2 months and I thought that I am going to die because of the depression I was in. I picked up smoking again because it was either smoking or a divorce. I would cry out of the blue, start panicking, feeling the urge to destroy objects. IT WAS BAD.
I had a friend that told me about Allen Carr’s Book ( The easy way to quit smoking).
I read it and even though everything in that book made sense, I went back to smoking. ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING – I did not finish it. I did not read the last couple of pages.
Since my last attempt to quit smoking I have been constantly repeating in my mind Allen Carr’s theories.(the part with the monster asking for nicotine, the fact that it is a myth that people like the taste of the cigarette, remembering the first cigarette and it’s taste, the smell in the car when my parents smoked around me as a child)
3 days ago I got a cold and I started coughing horribly. The worse part was that even though I could not stop coughing, I was still smoking.
Out of the blue I said to myself, THIS IS IT. I am stopping now!
Again COLD TURKEY.
I am not sure what happened, I am not sure why I don’t feel depressed, I am not sure why I really don’t have a problem. I really really really hope this will not change because the kind of depression I went through the last time, I wouldn’t give it to my enemies.
Looking back, I think it’s Allen Carr’s book.
He is saying that people are brain washed in thinking that smoking is fun and through his book he is trying to positively “brain wash” you into quitting smoking.
The book didn’t work for me right away but I took many of his ideas and repeated them to myself, over and over again. As I said, it is only my 3rd day but to whoever is fighting bad depression right now my best advice is get ALLEN CARR’S BOOK.
The main reason I bought that book was because he was a heavy smoker and he spoke from his own experience. I could relate to the examples in his book so well that I started to trust him. It was not some lame advice from somebody that never smoked in their life, preaching about something that they never experienced.
I am 37 years old and smoked my first cigarette when I was 12. I didn’t really smoke full time until about 21 but I believe I was hooked from the the very first puff. I spent the next 12 years trying to stop until I was recommended your book. I actually got the audio book version, which i listened to in the car during my commute to and from work. 3 days later and I was a non-smoker and I’m two years on now and it’s like a weight has been lifted from my life. Thank you for changing my life,
