You are a hero Allen
I have recently smoked my last cigarette, and I can truly say you are my hero.
I smoked my first cigarette at 11 years old without coughing due to both of my parents being chain smokers of 40-a-day, most of which were smoked in my presence. I truly believed that I had been hooked from birth. My Friends called me fag ash lil and I had descended to depths of such degradation that I truly believed them when they told me I would never quit.
Thank you for giving me my life back.
Yours Most Greatfully

I had my last cigarette on 26th November 2011 thanks to Allen Carrs easyway for women book.
I have smoked for over 10 years and have aways said “I like smoking, i can quit whenever i want”. The more I read the book the more I disliked smoking. When it came to my last cigarette I struggled to finish it, thats when i knew the book had worked for me.
I know it has only been 5 weeks but I can put my hand on my heart and say “I am a non-smoker”.
Thank you Allen Carr

YIPEE, I’M A HAPPY NON SMOKER
Thanks so much for the freedom Allen. I’m 25 years old and slowly fell into the nicotine trap when I was 16, spite of the fact that I didn’t smoke cigarettes till I was 18, and not daily till I was in my 20’s.
I was introduced to tobacco through friends in high school who mixed it with their marijuana.
It tasted awful to me. I preferred it without tobacco but Being the minority I found myself smoking ‘mixed’ more and more. Like all addicts to nicotine, I had to work hard on it at first but slowly found that my body came to prefer the mix. Now ‘straight’ pot seems harsher to me.
I grew up despising cigarettes, my father made it very clear to me on several occasions that it was his only regret in life to of spent so many years hooked on the evil weed. Even when I was a smoker, my opinion of them never changed, if anything, it got worse. I truly believe that it was those early years of smoking ‘mixes’ that addicted me to nicotine which I lated fuelled directly with cigarettes.
It’s actually not that uncommon in a lot of Australia. I thought it might be worthy of a mention in your incredible book, particularly in the NRT sections. I stopped smoking on several occasions for lengthy periods but always continued to smoke tobacco with my pot. I believe this was a big factor in my returning to cigarettes.
I only finished your book this morning and already I’m a happy non smoker. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have already recommended your product to all my smoking friends.
I bought the electronic version and played it over and over on my ipod while driving. probably listened to the whole thing three times and also revisited sections. I chose to stop the week before my daughter’s wedding, a bit of a stressful time, and that was nearly 2 years ago. I never think about it, have never missed it and I can’t inhale when anywhere near a smoker. I’m a cynical 50 year old. I had started smoking again 5 years previously after stopping by using patches.

Hi! My name is Galya. I’m from Russia. I started to smoke when I was 15. I was sure that smoking didn’t disturb me. After 17 years of smoking I read this book. I stopped smoking and felt happy. Then in 3 months I broke the rule “about the first sigarette”. I started again. I was not sure, that reading the book again would help me. Then I thought, that I didn’t loose anything. So, I have read again. Now I feel myself free just as after last reading. I can feel strength. It has helped again!!!!
So, I want to tell those people, who started again after readin or watching or listening…never mind your failure. Just think, which of the rules (instructions) you broke. Find out, read again more attentively, you will succeed.
And of course, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Allen Carr!!!
It’s a pity, there are no such clinics in Russia.
I read the book and stopped smoking on 7th November 2011 after 18 years of smoking.
Thank you thank you – this is the best book I ever read and am very happy I took the time to read it. I never thought it could be this easy.

I just wanted to express how much reading this book meant to me. It was actually sitting in a co-workers office and I simply picked it up and started reading it out of boredom. I had no intentions of quitting as I have been trying for the last 5 years the other ways which, obviously, never worked. I thought, “What the hell? Can’t hurt, right”
I was more than right that day! I finished the book over 4 months ago now and haven’t even thought about wanting a cigarette since then. I was absolutely amazed and at a loss for words!! Thank-you, Thank-you Thank-you!!! I tell absolutely everyone to GET THIS BOOK!!!!! I can’t express in words how this has affected my way of thinking about everything, not just smoking. I have bought a copy, put my non-smoking date in the cover and passed it along asking everyone do the same when they are non-smokers. Hopefully it makes it your way one day.

I quit almost 2 years ago using the book,I owe my health and happiness to one amazing man: Allen Carr! That book was amazing, not boring like I thought it would be it was actually interesting and it works! It really works I am so happy to be free of the chains of smoking, to feel healthier and less stressed, I try to convince my friends they too can quit using the book so far have gotten 3 to try it this week and I keep telling everyone about this wonderful book it not only helps you to quit, it deals with the reasons we smoke in the first place which with any addiction there is always a source right? But it also deals with all the reasons ex-smokers fall off the wagon and helps you to stay a non smoker. I am from Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada
I know you have probably been in-undated with emails and letters of thanks and gratitude from people who have stopped smoking. I feel and need to show my complete appreciation.
I am a 39 year old woman who started smoking at the age of 9 and seriously smoking from approximately 15 years old.
I have often tried to give up smoking without success, everything Mr Carr talks about in his book I can relate to, it’s as though he was talking about me.
I have nearly finished Mr Carr’s book and I have been getting more and more excited and confident about giving up smoking than I’ve ever been. I’m actually looking forward to stopping smoking. I’ve never felt like this before and wish to express my utter thanks to Mr Carr and his book.
I will not hit my 40th birthday smoking and it feels amazing. Previously I have never gone 24 hours without even a little cheat or crafty cigarette. I’m only on day 4 and if I feel this good after only 4 days, imagine how good a month even a year will feel.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Mr Carr, I believe you have already changed my life
One week off THE cigarettes today, I would never have done this witout THE Allen Carre sessie thanks so much to dutch clinic Allen Carre!!!!! I quit smoking on 19 Jan 2001 and havent smoked sense. I previously smoked 60+ a day and had tried patches, nicotine gum, will power etc and none worked. The AC clinic worked at my third attempt so for a measly £150 it should be on the NHS. However smart folks should just go ahead and do it as £150 is peanuts.

I am 72yrs old, and have smoked for 54yrs, and was currently smoking 3 pkts per day (50-60/day). I’ve tried all the quit smoking methods, patches, ‘Quit spray’, Nicorette gum, electronic cigs, And even saw a chiropractor who stuck pins in my ears! Nothing worked. My daughter suggested I read Allen Carr’s book, which of course made me giggle, ‘cos how can a book stop me smoking? Well, I read it and quit on 12/12/2011. Withdrawals were no more than a slight dizziness that lasted a few minutes, and many ‘triggers’ brought on cravings that lasted a few moments. It’s still early days (only 23 days since I quit), but the cravings are almost gone, no more coughing up my lungs every morning, feeling MUCH better, saving money, and feel totally confident that I’ll NEVER smoke again! Thanks for the ‘Easy Way” method.

Thank you for making me see what the tobacco monster was doing to me.
Ive lost count how many times ive given up and used NRT. I even did a press thing for GlaxcoSmithKlein, for Zyban, which made me ill and i was back on them cancer sticks within afew months, like the other NRT that i had tryed.
I was always asking how other people gave up for life, and they all said the same thing, Alan Carr book.
A friend (nurse) gave me your book.
I planned my quit day, 1st Jan 2012.
NYE day i started to read your book but i also had got some NRT patchers.
On my quit day i used a patch and carried on reading your book, by the end of the day, i had read nearly your whole book. Day 2, did not use NRT and finished your book. Im now at the end of my day 3 as a non-smoker and im feeling good, every time i have a little craving, i tell the tobacco monster to f**k off, im in control now and all is good. My family and friends, are waiting for me to start again, but i and you know, thats not going to happen.
I do now wonder why the gov and medics are not pushing the true way????
Thank you Alan
I quit smoking in May 2011 using Allen’s book “Easyway to Stop Smoking.” I actually purchased the audio book version and listened to it on my way to/from work. It took me about two weeks. After that, I followed the simple instructions given by Allen in the book and I have been a non-smoker ever since. I smoked ~20 a day for nearly 15 years prior to that. I tried to quit several times in the past wasting my time with “substitutes” like nicotine patches. Allen’s technique made me become a no-smoker in no time and without any significant efforts and, most importantly, without feeling deprived of anything. I am truly reborn and every time I run into other smokers I feel pity for them and I tell them about Allen’s book and the magic it did for me.
Thank you Allen!

Thank You. I have got through Christmas and new years eve without even craving a cigarette and I’ve got the rest of my life ahead of me to enjoy without smoking. This method of giving up NEEDS to be promoted and encouraged more. Its fantastic.
I stopped smoking on January 2nd 2011 after ten years smoking at least 20 per day.
I began reading the book that morning out of interest more than a definite decision to quit, and that evening at 6pm I smoked my last cigarette ever. In fact, I didn’t even finish it and couldn’t wait to get rid of it.
Allen Carr is responsible for saving my life.
I am now healthier, fitter, lighter and better off financially.
I could not recommend Allen Carr’s book enough.

I have just been talking 2 friends through my Allen Carr experience as they begin their new years plight to stop smoking. I cant believe that I am NINE YEARS down the line and can say with complete confidence that I will never smoke again, also in 9 years I have never had any urges or cravings for a cigarette. I am grateful every day to the AC Method ! Please get this on the NHS
I use to be a 20 a day smoker past 12 years. I really wanted to get rid of the ciggy as it was haunting me every day and night. I’m scared of short living as I wanted to grow together with my loving son. I read the book few times and quit few times. Allen’s method really worked but it was me who failed. . Finally thought of giving a shot at Allen’s clinic. Attended the session on 30th Dec 2011 @ Singapore. Last ciggy was at 7pm that day and till now, no carvings and feeling way better. Have successfully passed the usual occasions where those days I will sneak out for the puff and the GREAT thing is, I do not suffer any pains AT ALL. As I’m typing this, I could feel the little monster asking for its “food”. It ain’t gonna get it. I could sense its dying soon.
If the book doesn’t work for you, try other Allen Carr’s products. His “magic” works in any of his products. Keep trying till you succeed but do not start if you are not ready for it yet.
GOD BLESS Mr. Allen Carr and his team.

I dragged the bbok out abit because i weanted to smoke over christmas and quit on new years day. So on the 01/01/11 i sat down to read the last chapter and simultaneously smoke my last cigarette. One year on that was my last cigarette. I had tried many times before often stopping for weeks or sometimes months. This is the first time i have made a year and i jnow that i wont smoke ever again. There are occasional requests from my stomach to light one up but there would be sentences from the book that still pop into my head a year later. No serious weight gain either is an added bonus. Feeling great, thank you Allen Carr.

I was a smoker going on my tenth year, I work in a call centre where about 80% of the staff are smokers and I used to smoke with the majority of them, but today I was glad to say “No thanks, I’m a happy non-smoker” to everyone that had asked me to join them and they knew I meant it, even though they’ve seen me fail to quit smoking plenty of times before they now see a difference in me this time round. It’s all thanks to Allen Carr’s EASYWAY, once you read and fully understand it there’s noway you can turn back!

Prior to this he had been a smoker for more than 10 years and with 2 small children we knew we had to do something. He tried several other methods before reading about Allen Carr on the net. He finished the seminar that day and we have not looked back since. You literally saved our marriage, our family and my husband’s health! Thank you!!

I am 43 years old and I smoked for over 20 years. I had searched over the years for a way to help me quit for good and not feel like my life would be horrible without the cigarettes. A friend told me about the book. I was ready before I even finished reading it. I quit on July 16, 2010. I went to a party only 5 days after stopping and ate, drank and laughed and never even thought about a cigarette. Since all of my friends still smoke, I do think about them daily, but I am thinking I am glad that I quit, not that I want one. Thank you Allen Carr, You have changed my life and hopefully my health. I wish everyone would choose the Easy Way and quit. Ever Grateful, Linda C Kolb, Doylestown PA

I read Easyway to stop smoking on 12/12/2011 sunday night and have been a non-smoker since then.
No major problems. Just a few regrets.
How come I didn’t know About Allen Carr when his book came out? I would have been graduating form college then 25 years ago. How come its not talked about in the same way as the Atkins Diet? It is ranked No.1 in sales on Amazon.
Why didn’t anybody tell us it was easy to quit? I mean airliners have clearly marked exits with easy instructions on how to open the door slides. I wish somebody had forced tobacco makers to put Mr. Carr’s contact no. on the packet.
I wish He was still around. I’d fly to Spain just to shake his hand and thank him personally.
I wish Easyway was available in my country (Pakistan). I got my copy from UK. It can be printed and distributed in Pakistan for under 3 pounds. All my friends want to borrow my copy. I’ve told them to get second hand copies through bookfinder.com
I was a 60 a day smoker with COPD,, I knew the cigs were killing me but had tried so many times and just could not quit,, then 9 mths ago i read the book, i have not smoked since and neither do i want to, my husband and two friends have also read the book and quit… i never have the least desire to smoke even though i am under terrible stress with my dad in ICU on a life support machine AND MY HUSBAND HAS RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER… it is at times like this i would have smoked more than ever, but i dont even get the urge to light up, i know now its obviously just in the mind and i still find it remarkable that jsut reading this book can kill an addiction i felt i would never be free from but it has… thank you Allen Carr…and RIP…
I now spend my time trying to convince other friends to stop but its amazing how many just dont get round to finishing reading the book and i get so frustrated as i know they can quit so easily if they did, i think they are scared but they are so close to quitting … i never ever thought i would quit… i was a hardened smoker of 4o years!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My COPD has improved beyond belief and i feel so much better..i am ever thankful and just wish all these give up smoking websites and NHS clinics would STOP telling people all these lies about giving up, ther is no withdrawal ..you dont have to tell all your froends and set a day and do all the things they say, its rubbish…just read the Allen carr easyway book :)

Thank you to everyone who had a part in creating this “easy way”. I am a non-smoker for 14 days now. That is the longest in 25 years. The idea to change my mind from a victim of smoking to a creator of non-smoking, never came to me until now. AND IT IS POWERFUL. I am in charge of my mind. I am using this in other ares of my life where I felt powerless to change. Thank you again and bless you all…Robert
I’d just like to say a BIG thank you to Alan Carr. I owe him my life and my health. His method really works if you take the time to read and understand what he is saying. I was a confirmed smoker. I really wanted to quit. I tried all the other methods with no success. I read Alan Carr’s Easyway. I stopped smoking for 12 weeks. I started again as a result of drinking and socializing. I wanted to stop smoking but didn’t want to stop drinking and socializing!
I realised that the reason I didn’t remain a non-smoker was because I still didn’t fully understand Alan’s method. I read the book again (4 times in total) and finally made another attempt to quit. I am happy to say that on January 5 2012 I will be a non-smoker for 5 years!
I still drink and socialize but I NEVER have a desire to smoke!
Please, do yourself a favour and invest in Alan Carr’s book. Read it with an open mind. Take your time and absorb the message. Approach with a happy frame of mind and a positive attitude. You will succeed! I did and I thought I was hopeless!
Alan Carr should be honoured for his work. I’m sure in time his achievements will be recognised. He has saved millions of people and is the only person I know that has figured out the nature of addiction. RIP Alan.

YIPPEE! I’M A NON-SMOKER
Over five months ago a friend asked me to accompany her to an Alan Carr seminar. I wasn’t sure I was ready to quit smoking but went along in support. Throughout the seminar I kept thinking it was all a bit silly and was looking forward to my next cigarette. When we smoked our “final” cigarette, I was still skeptical. Five months on, I’m no longer skeptical! I walked out of the seminar and have never once had the urge to light up. I still don’t know how you did it, but thank you! Thank you for the energy I now have! Thank you for bringing back my sense of smell and taste! Thank you for lifting up the depression! Thank you for giving me my life back!
Today I celebrate a 1000 days as a non-smoker!!!
Like everyone else, I was scared and sceptical. But I’ve never looked back. A huge thank you to Colleen at the Raynes Park branch.
You have changed my life!
Thank you Allen… I am Tommaso from Italy, and I can only say that you have changed my life!! Thank you for everything!
I was a 10 year 3/4 pack a day smoker and really had no urge to quit. I heard about Allen Carr on another web site that I frequent and they had a story about a guy who has been 4 years quit and loving it. So I thought what the heck lets give it a shot. I went to the iTunes bookstore, bought it and read the entire book that day and was an EX smoker 1/2 way through the book!! I can’t believe how easy it was and how it made me feel about being a smoker. The craziest thing is how I was able to smell so quickly after quitting . On a job site one day another tradesman went out for a gasper and came back in smelling something awful and it hit me like a ton of bricks that I was that same guy. I passed the word on to my work mate who smoked and he bought the book and the same as me he quit the same day. There are 3 other employees in my company who are now reading the book on their way to being free. I am now 6 weeks smoke free and know deep down that I will never smoke again. Me and my friends here in San Diego California thank you so much Allen Carr. Hopefully you are looking down and seeing how many peoples lives you are saving.Cheers
Questo libro scritto da Allen Carr mi ha fatto smettere di fumare.
Lo consiglio a chi decide di smettere davvero, chi vuole continuare non dovrebbe leggerlo.
Provare per credere.
WOW…How easy was that ? Mine is quite a long story so who ever is reading it i’d like you to persevere please. My mum died 10 yrs ago of a smoking related desease (COPD). My dad died 18 yrs ago of lung cancer. Why didn’t that give me reason to quit ? Well, I fooled myself into thinking i enjoyed smoking and i was fit and healthy (apart from that dreaded smokers cough)and didn’t need to. I discovered the Easyway to stop smoking book through a friend who had read it and decided to try it out. I got to chapter 13, then for some reason was distracted and didn’t manage to finish it. Although i was starting to understand the concept, it took me another 6 months to read it again, but this time i read it from cover to cover in one day. It was amazing. Wish i’d have finished it the first time around. Now I send copies of the book to my friends and family as gifts for birthdays and christmas. I love my family and my friends, but if i ever have the opportunity to give them something special in their lives, this gift would be the one thing I would share with everybody. Please read it. What harm can it do ? What do you have to lose ?

Hi, just thought id like to share with anyone who is finding it hard to stop drinking. I went to one of alan carrs clinics to try stop drinking. I like most people thought this aint going to work ! but i have to tell you, it is now 3 years since i had a drink and i am happier now than i ever was. I will be honest over the years it has crossed my mind to have a drink the odd time, but it only crossed my mind when im having a bad day. So what does that tell you ?. Well if drink was that good why dont i want it when im happy ?. I was out with a friend on a friday night and everyone was pissed and having a good time , my friend asked me how do i do it ? my reply was- tomorrow morning i can get up early and have a fun day with my children. THAT IS THE BEST REWARD I HAVE GOT OUT OF GIVING UP ALCOHOL. Thank you Alan Carr & Staff. Merry Christmas
Just finished the book, I am now definitely a non smoker, just bought my last ever packet of cigarettes, ever. Going to really enjoy hating every one of them and seeing each one for the evil it is. Every inhalation is making me more and more confirmed as a non smoker.
That you so much Mr Carr, god rest your soul
