I attended the Allen Carr session at the Holiday Inn Brighton 19.04.2013. Can you please pass on my best wishes the to the lady that carried out the session? I can’t believe after all the misery that I have been through lately that I have been able to get rid of the dreaded weed from my life. I know that its early days and I have been here before, however this time I am more aware of what goes on. Have started cycling to work 6 miles each way, something that I would never of dreamt of before.
Thanks once again!
Best wishes
Mike 29 April 2013

31 year old overweight smoker, having smoked 15-30 cigs a day for 17 years (albeit smoked less in the early years). I’ve been successful in almost every other part of my live, both financially and in love, but what is it all worth if I was one of the unlucky ones who died early. I’d wake up every morning with pains in my lungs and scared myself silly it was premature cancer…AND yet I would rush outside in all weathers and light up first thing.
You’ve got to want to give up, you’ve got to enjoy the feeling of emptiness for a while even if it is completely foreign to you, but listen to your guide and listen to your inner self. I stubbed out my last cigarette at Allen Carr on Friday 22nd Mar 2013 and then did the strangest thing on the Sunday. Having not exercised for 17 years, I went for a jog. I did about 100m and could barely breath, but I would walk then jog. The point of it is that you can’t smoke so you want/need to feel the gap. Next day I joined the gym (I can not stress how vehemently opposed I was to gyms) and have been every single day since. Today (2 weeks after having stopped smoking) I ran 6km uninterrupted and loved every minute of it – followed by 30 laps in the pool. I feel strong, capable, healthy and empowered. I am you – normal – but I’ve changed and it’s only for the better. Whilst I still want to go to the Doctor and check whether or not I should have some kind of physical or blood test, the reality is my lungs feel great. I was tired after the jog but not out of breath. I would do one length (25m) in the pool and draw breath maybe 4 times. Your body can change and so can your attitude.
Be strong, be confident and more than anything, just be bold enough to make an appointment with the clinic. Challenge yourself and see how far you can take it.
Good luck everyone & thank you Allen Carr.

Unbelievable!! It has been 9 days now since i attended the seminar and i haven’t had a cigarette. I was still so sceptical, right up until i actually walked out of the clinic. It has been very easy, i still think about smoking a little but do not crave having a cigarette. Thank you so much for helping me achieve something i never thought i could.
Kelly Jolliffe 25 March 2013

Well its 2 weeks since the seminar and I am very pleased to be a non smoker, I should have done it years ago. I am amazed at just how easy it is and has been. Allan Carr and Team thank you.
Phil 14 March 2013

I read Only way and attended a seminar after smoking for 23 years. Had tried hypnosis, every nicotine replacement going, Champix etc… time and time again. I quit 4 weeks ago and haven’t looked back! Allen Carrs team are amazing and I owe them so much!! Thank you xx
Leah Macleod 12 March 2013

Hello! I became a non-smoker in January 1991 after having one group session led by Allen Carr himself (I think it was in Raynes Park). I am still a non-smoker, and have not had a single cigarette since then. I shall be eternally grateful for how becoming a non-smoker changed my life and health for the better, and I have passed my story on to many friends and colleagues who have been smokers.Best regards and keep up the good work!
Mark Lubienski 06 March 2013

I went to the South London clinic in 2006 and I haven’t smoked since. The real bonus for me is that I do honestly feel like I have never smoked so never miss it. I smoked for about 10 12 years and was a casual smoker but smoked probably about 5 10 cigarettes a day (20 easily on a night out) would recommend this programme to anyone, it really worked for me.
Catherine Rushby 04 March 2013

I attended a seminar in February ’05. After the final hypnotherapy session, the therapist asked each of us in turn how we felt. Many of those who had gone through the session felt inspired, positive and some even radiated excitement. I was one of the last people to be asked and my exact words were, ‘I could leave here now and light up a cigarette and it would make no difference to me.’ The therapist’s smile faltered for a second before she quickly moved on. I had been honest. My session stayed with me and I have now been a happy non smoker for 8 years. I have recommend these sessions to anyone who will listen, even the guy behind the cigarette kiosk in my local supermarket. I am coming back now to lose weight. I wish every person who visits one of the Allen Carr sessions the success I have experienced. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Yasmin Timothy 15 February 2013

I attended a seminar on 28th January 2012 at Raynes Park and so have just reached the 1 year stage. I cannot believe that I have made it this far and how easy it has been. I had tried to quit many times before and sometimes attempts would last 10 mins before I was crawling the walls. I walked into the clinic thinking maybe I don’t want to give up but now I’m so glad I have. Thank you so much I’ve gone from 20 a day to nothing
Steve 28 January 2013

Rob,
I was waiting for a little while to send that email to you, but I feel now it’s the right time to do so.
In my life, I love few people, starting with my Family, all of them, I love them a lot, continues to my girlfriend whom I also love a lot followed by my friends whom I also love a lot, BUT THEN – It’s you Rob, I sincerely love you.
You helped me to get rid of the most annoying, stupid and addictive thing in the world … Really do not feel like I have done enough by paying the seminar fees, please do let me know when you are in Hong Kong in the future, would like to invite you for dinner, drinks and whatever you see fit.
You helped me saving 2 lungs ! So if god forbid anyone you know is in the need for a kidney, let me know as I got 2 of those as well ! My life is so much better thanks to you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Moran 17 December 2012

I attended your session on the 25th November. I wanted to say thank you. This mail is deliberately delayed as I wanted to be sure that I have actually stopped smoking before writing to you.
Over the past two weekends, I’ve had what I consider my real tests – three situations where I was at parties where I had a few drinks and was around people with whom I have smoked with previously. I am happy to say I passed the test, with only an urge or two during the whole time and not very strong ones at that. I can say quite confidently that this time, I have indeed stopped smoking for good.
Thomas 17 December 2012

On January 11th 2013 it will be 5 years since I attended your clinic and quit cigarettes. I am still eternally grateful for this. I had been a heavy smoker for 19 years and had tried pretty much everything else with no success. Thank you again for my life back and also for my daughter who I wouldn’t have brought into this world if I hadn’t been able to quit.
Rebecca Johnson 12 December 2012

I tried everything and still found myself sat on the doorstep in the freezing cold having a crafty cig and hoping I could carry on the illusion of having quit to my partner just a little longer. I was fed up and decided that I had to give the stop smoking clinic ago, after all I would get my money back if it didn’t work. I am pleased to say that I got my money back several times over as I have not spent a penny on cigarettes since the course on 08/01/2012. It’s coming up to the one year mark and I am feeling better than ever. The thought of christmas with family without the sneaking off to smoke is such an emense reward. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back!
Heather 11 December 2012

I failed at first, found I suffered withdrawal and was unable to make decisions. Then I did the follow up course which worked better. For maybe a year afterwards the occasional short craving occurred but was easy to dismiss. Now I’m completely free of it and very thankful. Don’t count the time – but keep a note of the date somewhere as it is a milestone in your life. Sometimes I see it and remember in wonder that I used to smoke – 23/5/2010. It’s December 2012 now and I’m only visiting this site because someone near to me is doing the alchohol course to save their life.
Peter 11 December 2012

Just a quick note – it has been just over a year since I attended a Saturday clinic in London with (I think) Coleen?
Not a smidgen of nicotine has been in my system since and I am so pleased! The health issues aside, I hadn’t realised how psychologically damaging my smoking was being until I stopped. Everytime I lit up I was mentally beating myself up and was obsessively thinking about my own mortality. Escaping that pattern has been wonderful!
Please pass on my thanks to my counsellor.
Julie 30 November 2012

Iattended the clinic on saturday and cannot believe i have not smoked since then.Iwas a heavy smoker and if i can do it,anyone can.THANK YOU and to the Rob the therapist,he was great.what happens in those 6 hours.i dont know-but it works :-
jayne Boncey 21 November 2012

I cant belive it a non smoker… still find myself thinking about it but it soon passes. Easyway has been the simplest most effective method I have ever used. Really should be more accessable to more people xx keep going with the good work. I cant think of a more worthwhile job Thankyou
Michelle 07 November 2012

Just do it! I would never have beleived it but the whole experience was a joy ! and a relief – there’s nothing to fear but everything to gain xxxx
Rhonda Melody 18 October 2012

I attended a seminar on 5th May 2012 and have now reached my five month mark of no cigarettes! I honestly can’t express how eay it has been and the only regret I have is that I didnt do this sooner. I walked out of the clinic a non smoker and truely believe I will be for life now. The first two days required some will power but all I had to do was remind myself of all that I had learnt and it made things easier. 17 years smoking 20 a day and I am finally free!!!
Sian 16 October 2012

I attended the London Raynes Park clinic on 27th September 2012 and have not smoked since. I’m so glad that I took the time to come along and only wish that I had done this 10 years ago! I’m 30 and had been a smoker on and off since my late teens. Colleen was excellent and the method really opens your eyes to the reality that smoking does nothing for you and actually creates the stress and anxiety which leads to another cigarette! This has to be available on the NHS. Thank you so much!! I will never smoke again.
Malcolm Barrett 08 October 2012

I went to the Allen Carr session in London on 22nd December 2009. At that time I was smoking 20 to 30 cigarettes at day and many more at the weekend when drinking. Previously I had tried every method by which to quit smoking including patches, gum, hypnotherapy, drugs described my my doctor and of course will power. On the day itself I walked in thinking “I don’t really want to quit so I’ll just go through it and maybe not smoke for a couple of days”. I’m not sure why the session worked so well but I have never smoked since and am SO grateful that I went that day. I’m healthier, younger looking and have long since lost my “grey hue” which so many smokers have. It’s my third year quitting anniversary in two month’s time. I just wish I’d known about this years ago!
Thank you so much, Kenneth.
Kenneth Lillie 01 October 2012

I attended the session to stop smoking on 7th of September. The programme was well structured and our therapist Emma Hudson was relly inspirational. Now I am a non smoker so it worked.
Viera 15 September 2012

Hi
I just wanted to thank you for the top up seminar you gave me last week. The penny really dropped when I got home and the thing that kept going back through my mind was when you said that last time I’d not got all of it and not really understood that cigarettes really gave me nothing – even when I was totally stressed! I’ve got that now so thank you very much indeed – you do an amazing job, but I’m sure you know that!
Emma 12 September 2012

I attended your session this past Saturday and I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you.
At the start of the session you went round the room asking people why they were there. I did not share the real reason that I was there with the group. The reason I was there was very different and more personal than the reasons others gave.
I was diagnosed with MS a few months ago. Since being diagnosed I have tried to change certain aspects of my life and smoking was one aspect that needed to change. In the seminar you talked about the health scares relating to smoking and how health alone doesn’t seem to make people stop smoking. And I agree. I know that smoking makes MS symptoms worse (never mind the illnesses it can cause) yet that knowledge alone was not enough for me to stop. Part of me felt that smoking gave me a little enjoyment that had been taken away with the MS diagnosis.
I just wanted to thank you for changing my way of thinking. Not only haven’t I smoked since the seminar but I also have no urge to smoke and it’s that lack of the urge that makes me hopeful that the method has worked for me. I can’t thank you enough so I will close by saying that the seminar changed my life.
Warm regards,
D 29 August 2012

this has saved my life, saved me a fortune and I could not be happier. I’ve gone from a 30 a day addict to nothing. If I can do it then anyone can!!!!
thanks so much Chris and the team.
Jason szlezinger from London 27 July 2012

I want to say Thank You!
I have been ‘a happy non-smoker’ for over a year now thanks to ‘Allen Carr’s Easy Way’.
Who would have though it. I was on about 30 cigarettes a day and I don’t even feel the urge for one anymore, at all!! I can’t even picture myself as having been a smoker before either, it is really strange!! :)
I want to say a massive thank you for all you have done for me in helping me give up smoking, and being a happy non-smoker too!!
Charlotte 11 July 2012

Hi there,
2nd time lucky, I had 2 sessions with Gail Morris in Melbourne. I am amazing and elated that I no longer fancy a ciggie. I never imagined it would be possible. Thank you so much. Now I can get on with my life and buy more shoes haha.
Lia xxx 11 July 2012

Um, it worked. Over 30years smoking – blown away by lunchtime of that one-day course.
Wow
Matt 26 June 2012

i havent touched a smoke in 6 years since i left 5 hour class money well spent 40 a day for 17 years
danny 27 June 2012

Just a quick email to say thanks for the course you delivered back on April 1st in Newcastle. You obviously delivered it perfectly!
My Girlfriend and I have both been quit since the day we attended. No re-lapses, no problems going for a drink, nothing bar being spaced out and tired for 2 days! Another couple we know have quit via will power and No Results Therapy and they still can’t talk about it when they’re out for a pint and are still struggling with cravings several months down the line. When we talk about it his argument always comes back to; he paid £30 for patches and I paid £200 for the course. My response is always the same: You get what you pay for!
Thanks again from both of us! I always mention it to anyone interested in quitting, though most people (or rather their nicotine monster) will make various lame excuses to rationalize not getting booked up! I don’t argue though they’ll do it in their own time. I’m just pleased we done it when we did. Cheers,
Mark 30 May 2012

I didn’t want to write in before 6 months, so as not to jinx my success, but all I can say is “WOW”. 6 months free and I still struggle to believe how easy it has been.
Like most people, I was very skeptical that this would work for me. Not only because I had tried and failed miserably to quit with willpower several times before, but also because I was not entirely sure I even wanted to quit. The session was actually quite pleasant. I even went to the pub that night and had a few glasses of wine. While I was a tiny bit moody for the 48 hours that the nicotine remained in my body, I never really had a craving strong enough to bother me much. Once the nicotine monster left my body I have never ooked back. I almost can’t even remember how it was to be a smoker ! I have friends that smoke in front of me all the time and it never gets to me…because I am a non-smoker now, so why should it !? I had to face a family tragedy 2 months after I quit, and I still did not start up smoking again. Allen Carr’s way is not only the easiest way to quit, it is the ONLY way that works in the long term. I will never smoke again. Thank you so much, the £240 investment I made for my life has been well worth it (and I have saved £1200 in last 6 months from no longer wasting it on the cigarettes).
Melissa 09 May 2012

I smoked 50-60 a day- the book did not work for me, but his one day course DID i gave up 6 years ago , not one craving – thanks to allen carr. money well spent,
Su Ryan 18 April 2012

I attended my session over a week ago and have been delighted with the result so far. I was a little apprehensive about attending the session as I had previously read Allen Carr’s Easy Way book and stopped smoking for a whole year before starting again. My experience with the book had showed how effective the Easy Way method was but I was worried that having failed once somehow the magic was broken and wouldn’t work a second time around. However my fears were proved unwarranted and the session reinforced what I already knew – there is no pleasure or benefits in smoking. I was also shocked into the realisation that smoking was controlling me and not the other way around. I was kidding myself that because I only smoked a few cigarettes a day that I would be able to cut down and quit anytime I wanted. I often smoked only 2 per day but at weekends and holidays this would increase and whenever I told myself it was time to give up there was always some (feeble) excuse – “now is not the time”, “I’m too stressed at the moment”, “I only smoke 2 a day, so I’m not damaging my health”. The first few days after the session I would occasionally get the feeling that it was time for a fag break or there was an association with certain events like taking the dog for a walk or arriving at work but these were fleeting moments and now I hardly think about it at all even though there is a supply of cigarettes in the house (my wife still smokes) I am not tempted. I now know the truth is that smoking was making me miserable, I felt like a slug every time I smoked, I was a slave to nicotine and now I am free. I am determined not to repeat my previous mistake – “There is no such thing as one cigarette”, smoking is a con, in the words of Roger Daltrey (The Who) I “Won’t Get Fooled Again”
Neil Jackman 30 April 2012

I wanted to let you know that I haven’t smoked now for 7.5 months. I’m very thankful to the clinic and to Emma (who led to the session I attended back in September)!
Thanks
Hannah 16 April 2012

Attended session at Raynes Park on 14th June last year haven’t smoked since. Feel so…oooo good. Thank you all at Allen Carr. I booked at the last minute and everyone was so helpful in accomodatiing me. Best decision I made last year.
Al 12 April 2012

Wooohoooo, just wanted to say thanks to Kim (Milton Keynes session speaker) and to say I’ve stopped smoking for a whole year since going back on your booster session in MK. I didn’t make the same mistake twice! I’ve stopped and can even go outside with friends in the pub who smoke and have conversations, I don’t fancy smoking it just makes me choke and I go back inside happier, free and dare I say it quite smug (to myself). Thanks for freeing me with your sessions. Anyone who is dubious about why these booster sessions are necessary or if they do work, well they sometimes are and they do work. Good luck all. xx
Donna Crook 11 April 2012

I Just realised that in 2 weeks time, I will have kicked smoking in the teeth for a year! I have been in every situation ex smokers are supposed to have problems with, drinking, partying, stressfull times and I do not need that f**ing smoke. I harrass my still smoking buddies to become an ex smoker, they keep waiting for me to fail but I know that is not going to happen. In pure monetry terms I have saved 2 packs of tabs a day for a year, 10 euros a day. £220 quid to do the day at your place – do the maths. I can not overstate what a difference you have made to my life. If you ever need someone to say how amazing you are to the media, just give me a call. From me, I say thankyou to you and all of your team who helped me to become the happy non smoker I am today.
Lots of respect
Chris Elsdon 05 April 2012

I feel brilliant!!
Hello Raynes Park Clinic
I just wanted to thank you – I attended on Friday 9th March, and have been happily smoke-free for nearly 10 days, saving over £60!
I have tried, and failed, at quitting cigarettes a few times in the last few years, after starting smoking at 15 (I am now almost 28). Each time I tried I found myself being envious of smokers, deliberately standing next to them and inhaling deeply (basically torturing myself), and then starting again slowly on roll-ups, progressing back up to 10-15 cigarettes per day.
Since last Friday’s session I have hardly thought about cigarettes, and I feel totally free and happy! I smell much nicer, my family and friends are amazed and happy for me, and I have found that I enjoy walking outside more without a cigarette in my hand/mouth. I have been out lots of times and don’t miss excusing myself to go and stand outside by myself with only a cigarette for company.
I have no idea what was said to me during the hypnosis at the end of the session (!) but it definitely seemed to ‘cement’ everything I learned. In fact, it wasn’t that I learned anything, it just changed my way of thinking. I loved that nobody in the group could answer the question: “What do you enjoy about cigarettes?”.
I will definitely be talking to my company about your corporate service, as I think they would be very interested. I am also glad to see that you are campaigning to be available on the NHS Stop Smoking service, as I think getting people hooked on nicotine replacement instead is ridiculous. A 90% success rate is outstanding and you thoroughly deserve all your praise.
The Groupon deal I booked was a great offer, and I probably wouldn’t have attended the session had I not bought the deal (I have the book but have not read it). However, on completing the course I would have been more than happy to pay full price – after all, it’s a pittance compared to the cost of a lifetime of smoking!
Once again, thank you. I do not know how you do it, but I don’t care! I am happy and free!
Clare 19 March 2012

Hi I would like to personally thank Rob (Therapist in Birmingham) Saturday 10.3.12 Also the Allen Carr Team online since my session I have smoked for 34 yrs and stopped before using willpower ( thats a joke) well I tried anyway. On Saturday I can not believe how this session has changed my life, our group were all quite sceptical of the outcome , well I am sitting here and I can honestly say I have not thought about a fag since Saturday, i have gone to pick up my fags as I have for 34yrs and thought you silly woman you don’t SMOKE ANYMORE . I would recommend this service to anyone and have told anyone that will listen to me at work today this is the only way forward in life. I would like to congratulate everyone who has succeeded in their quest to give up and i will keep everyone informed on my quest. but one thing is for sure I know I am a NON SMOKER
THANK YOU Allen Carr you are a star xxxxxxx
Teresa Taylor 12 March 2012

I attended your seminar in Newcastle on the 11th December 2011. Just wanted to say I haven’t smoked since, and I’m feeling great! Thank you!!
Thomas Howell 12 March 2012

Introduced to the method by my cousin, and so I read the book, which was sufficient to get me to stop. Found I needed a bit more and so booked a session at the birmingham clinic to reinforce the ideas. The result well in three weeks time I will have been a non smoker for 1 year. Just have to read the book on dieting now!
David Coley 07 March 2012

I want to thank you. I attended a session in mid January and have never looked back. It was the best money I ever spent as I have shaken off the feeling of dependency and am a confident non-smoker thanks to your team and Emma in particular. Keep up the good work!
Annabel Gunnell 04 March 2012

I went to Allen Carrs Easy Way to Stop Smoking in 1999. I smoked 2.5 packs a day…I actually had no interest in stopping, but my smoking buddy from work was going and told me there was a money back garauntee, so I thought, why not?! I sat though the session, smoking…at the end, threw my cigarettes in the pile…when I left, the first thing I did was reach for a cigarette…then I thought…oh yeah, I don’t smoke anymore! It has truly been amazing…no better what stresses have come up in my life, I have never thought of smoking…it’s not even like I’m an ex-smoker…it’s like I’ve never smoked in my life. Truly amazing!
babs fahrney 27 February 2012

i used to smoke up to 100 a day, depending if i was out or not . It has now been nearly two years since i last had a cigarette. it has been the same amount of time since i last went to the Allen carr clinic for the second session I could have gone for a third time had i still needed a smoke but i didn’t, i could have gone just to back it up but i felt i didn’t need to: I was as they had told me that i would be. I was fREE

Can i remember the defining moment? yes no maybe, do i miss smoking?
NO

AT THE END OF THE SESSION
I do remember some one else asking “what if i feel like a cigarette?” instantly (i wanted to know the answer, how could they answer it) the answer came it was simply” have a cigarette, don’t try and use the will power method and give us a call and we will help you” how cool was that.
I had tried the book the first time, it worked at first, i began to think right i have sussed it, then i had that fatal cigarette i was hooked again. I tried the book again but it didn’t work as it had before i though i am stuffed, little did i know that a few years later I would go to the clinic this time and walk away free, every moment that elapsed since then i waited for the want but it never came.
what drove me to the clinic was a bad coughing fit which at the end of came a splatter of blood, off i went to my doctor who recommended i should go to the Allen Carr Clinic, I had already convinced myself i was going to die a smoker; I had read the book it had worked for six months so i had better listen to the doc and try the clinic.

It worked i am forever thankful. so here is a toast to the Allen Car Easyway To Stop Smoking

Thank You,Thank You, Thank You
Edward Trotter 27 February 2012

I went along to the Oxford Clinic in August 2010, I was really apprehensive and excited about the day ahead of me but didn’t really know what to expect, it was a real eye opener for me and I was amazed at how easy stopping smoking was, I had all my fears answered, I cannot reccomend these clinics highly enough, I had smoked for 16 years, tried stopping several times each time got harder, and each failed time got more and more depressing, this time it’s such a wonderful feeling, I’m free!!! I have since taken up running and am taking part in the Reading Half Marathon this year, which without kicking the stinking habbit would not have happened, I know this because I did not ecercise as I knew I would get puffed out so just put it off…all these things that were excuses because of my dear fags, well all that is in the past and I have had the best 2 years without them and knowing that I won’t touch one ever again, that feeling alone is FANTASTIC!! Please go and don’t worry it will work. Thanks Alan Carr for realising how east it is and to Emma who took the clinic that day.
Jacqui McDermott 23 February 2012

Ann Fearon 22 February 2012

I had my last cigarette on July 28th 2011 and attended an Allen Carr seminar on August 13th 2011 at Raynes Park, London held by Colleen.
She was a great communicator and passionate about helping people give up. The advice and method is so simple, you wonder how you couldn’t see it before. I was a light smoker since I was 16 but a heavier smoker on social occasions. When I reached 32, it dawned on me that I’d had this horrible habit for 16 years (half my life) with no benefits to myself. I thought giving up would be difficult but this method and the way it’s communicated to you makes it seems like the easiest decision in the world. I haven’t looked back since and had no desire to smoke again. I can hang out with my smoker friends and be absolutely fine. In fact the stale smell and the constant popping out for a smoke reminds me that it’s far from a social habit.
I really grateful for effects this session had on my life – it has all been positive. Thank-you!
Sarah Gould 13 February 2012

I’m not sure how to put this but after my session on Sunday Jan 29 I have had NO desire to smoke. OK I have thought about cigarettes but that’s as they were a part of my life for 25 years or more – and that’s fine – I know that will pass. As I sit here typing I am dumbstruck – I am a happy non-smoker – and see no reason why that should not last forever. Thank you so much Emma!
Owen Jones 03 February 2012

Hi, I attended the smoking clinic with you on November 12th and just wanted to say a big thankyou! 12 fag free weeks on Saturday and i can’t imagine going back to it. I hadn’t even noticed how i was constantly beating myself up about smoking – at the age of 43 and with a friend already dead from lung cancer i was obsessed with my own mortality. Its only now I’ve stopped and that huge weight of anxiety has gone that i am aware how much it was eating away at me. Thank you so much for helping – it was my second trip to the clinic and knowing the pitfalls now i feel confident that i’ve nailed it. Very best of wishes

Thank you!!
It has been a year today since I had my last cigarette and I couldn’t be happier!!
I just wanted to say a massive thank you, I guess to Allen for his method, but also to the therapist who communicated it to our group so effectively. You are brilliant!!
Rachel 31 January 2012

I am happy to say i have ended my misery of smoking after 38 years, never thought i’d escape.thanks so much! cant believe how easy it’s been and how much better i feel already. had an asthma check up today and even the nurse was surprised at how much better i am, she agreed that patches etc.. were not the answer as you wouldn’t prescribe alcohol to an alcoholic.allan carr method is a miracle he is a genius.so glad i discovered your clinic. I will reccomend this method to every smoker i know. a million thank yous.
julie 30 January 2012

Totally Amazing.
I tried all the NRT products and the NHS quit smoking group and nothing. I tried hypnotheropy twice and some other strange cure which didnt work either. I thought I would give Easyway a go, Why not as I had tried everything else. I have now quit for 2 months and never craved another smoke since. I feel relieved to have control back. If i can do it anyone can.
Thank you so very much for sharing this method, its saved my life. For all of those who are thinking “it wont work for me” try it first before passing judgement, I did and now I am a happy non smoker. Good luck everyone…….Not that you need it. :-)
Kevin Cole 25 January 2012

I smoked for over 30 years and enjoyed a fag /cigar with a drink. I stopped smoking on the 14/01/12, thanks to Charles Hunt (Therapist). It has been completely painless with no withdrawal pangs. The acid test for me was when I went out for a drink, would I smoke……NO NO NO. I actually smiled at the smokers outside the pub in the cold. When they came back in the pub, that stale horrible smell of smoke reinforced the reasons why I wanted to stop smoking. I feel completely different now with a positive outlook of life ahead. Thanks to Allen Carr’s Easyway you have managed to change my life.
VERNON 29 January 2012

all i can say is wow!! neevr thought 6 hours of listening to someone speak in a semminar would ever get me to quit smoking my 20 a day habit. i have tried everything from patches, bio resenance therapy and nothing comes close to this method… its completely changed my life. i attended the allen carr clinic only on the 21st Jan 2012 left the clinic worried that it wouldnt work. then found myself smiling at my husband smoking when i got home, without a single craving. im now on day 7 and am smoke free all thanks to the allen carr method. best thing i ever did. its so clever how it works aswell. i now wake up everyday with a smile on my face. thank you for giving me back my freedom!!! im now free from the weed…yippee!!!
Burcu 27 January 2012

Just a quick message to say THANK YOU so much for enabling me to stop smoking with Allen Carr’s Easyway!!!!(Knowsley,Liverpool 8th Jan 2012)I have had a couple of ‘feeling a little down’ days, but nothing to speak of….however, managed to deal with them thanks to you and Easyway! Have told anyone who asks how I’m doing that I couldn’t have done it without Allen Carr’s EASYWAY. Keep up the fantastic work!!!!
Diane LIVERPOOL 20 January 2012

i smoked for 27 years ! i smoked Marijuana for 25 of those years !
Exactly 1 year ago today when i quit i was smoking around 30 cigarettes and 15-20 spliffs a day. for anyone out there thinks thats an exaggeration its not ! thats around 1 1/2oz of weed every week and i loved it…..thing is i also knew the 280 fags i was getting through was killing me and i hated that i loved the weed so much i would never be able to quit it or the tobaco i mixed it with.
i was wrong !!
i first spoke to Kim my areas easyway seminar leader on the phone and she assured me she could cure my tobaco addiction and the weed would follow…. if i really wanted to i could still smoke the weed, i just had to change the way i smoke it…..perfect i thought…..that was until the fear of losing something crept in…..it was 2YEARS later i spoke to Kim again, my fear had cost me dearly several bouts of pneumonia dozens of chest infections/related illnesses and thousands of pounds asside the fact i was a 38 yr old who couldnt walk to the top of the stairs without dropping to my knees because i was so out of breath.
i knew i had to stop this madness so inspired by 4 friends who read the book EasyWay and another who listened to the audio book in his work van all 5 had given up with ease i called Kim again.

Luckily for me the next seminar in my area was in 2 days and there where still a few spaces so i made the wisest decision i had made in 27 years and signed up…after all i was in such poor health what did i have to lose nothing, nothing at all ,not even my money due to the money back guarantee offered by EasyWay

i spent 4hrs that sunday afternoon listening to Kim talk and ive got to say i dont think she told me anything i didnt already know.
as i stood at the back of the Holiday Inn smoking my last fag i had a few thoughts running around my mind the main one being `this hasnt worked what a waste of money`
i left the seminar an hr later with the same thoughts in my head `i didnt get it``this hasnt worked`but i was also thinking `sod it i just spent £220 on this im at least gonna give it a bash` so i went straight down the pub to get what i thought the hard bit would be over with…..it was easy and i went home happy after a couple of pints that i hadnt smoked

got up the next morning and as i left the house i thought to myself day 1 of not smoking ,i drive alot for work and it was 3hrs later i saw the lorry driver throw his dog end out the window which made me think `wow i havent thought about smoking for 3 hrs`
the next time i thought about it was that evening when i decided to tell my dear old mum i had quit….i dont think ive seen her happier :)

day 2 i woke up in the morning and omg i felt so damn good…alive….free….full of energy….i felt better that morning than i had felt in 27yrs !!!!! that was the moment i realised i had quit…for good

i thought alot about smoking in the following weeks but not once did i think i could do with a ciggy ! it was more like hmmmm why the hell have i not done this sooner ??

but what about the weed i hear you cry ? well what about it ? turns out i was only smoking so much weed because of my evil tobacco addiction. the moment the nicotine was out my body (48hrs) the craving to chain smoke spliff after spliff was totally gone now if i fancy some sacred herb (around once a month) i pop a little in the vaporiser

i guess the moral to my story is , is that if you think you cant quit cos your a pot head or even if you think you cant quit cos your a born smoker your wrong. its the easiest `hard` thing i have ever done !!
maybe its brainwashing hell it might even be witchcraft for all i care but it works and best of all its EASY no willpower no NRT no cravings no problem !!

today i am richer not only in the quality of my life but also in pocket ….oh and i dont smell bad anymore either !happiest days of my life thank you EasyWay
Anthony 23 January 2012

I quit smoking on 19 Jan 2001 and havent smoked sense. I previously smoked 60+ a day and had tried patches, nicotine gum, will power etc and none worked. The AC clinic worked at my third attempt so for a measly £150 it should be on the NHS. However smart folks should just go ahead and do it as £150 is peanuts.
patrick ludden 04 January 2012

I have just been talking 2 friends through my Allen Carr experience as they begin their new years plight to stop smoking. I cant believe that I am NINE YEARS down the line and can say with complete confidence that I will never smoke again, also in 9 years I have never had any urges or cravings for a cigarette. I am grateful every day to the AC Method ! Please get this on the NHS.
Mia McCarthy-Brewer 03 January 2012

Thank You. I have got through Christmas and new years eve without even craving a cigarette and I’ve got the rest of my life ahead of me to enjoy without smoking. This method of giving up NEEDS to be promoted and encouraged more. Its fantastic.
Robbie 01 January 2012

My name is Leanne and my husband attended the clinic at Calendar more than 3 years ago. Prior to this he had been a smoker for more than 10 years and with 2 small children we knew we had to do something. He tried several other methods before reading about Allen Carr on the net. He finished the seminar that day and we have not looked back since. You literally saved our marriage, our family and my husband’s health! Thank you!!
Leanne North 22 December 2011

Over five months ago a friend asked me to accompany her to an Alan Carr seminar. I wasn’t sure I was ready to quit smoking but went along in support. Throughout the seminar I kept thinking it was all a bit silly and was looking forward to my next cigarette. When we smoked our “final” cigarette, I was still skeptical. Five months on, I’m no longer skeptical! I walked out of the seminar and have never once had the urge to light up. I still don’t know how you did it, but thank you! Thank you for the energy I now have! Thank you for bringing back my sense of smell and taste! Thank you for lifting up the depression! Thank you for giving me my life back!
Deborah 14 December 2011

Today I celebrate a 1000 days as a non-smoker!!!
Like everyone else, I was scared and sceptical. But I’ve never looked back. A huge thank you to Colleen at the Raynes Park branch.
Nastasja 13 December 2011

My life has been full of exceptionally wonderful days and thanks to Allen Carr I had another to add to them. May 20th 2011. Who would have a thought that spending 6 hours in a room in a Holiday Inn could change lives…The ongoing daily joy of knowing I no longer and will never smoke is something really amazing…Thank you Allen and to everyone continuing his good work.
Ian Gray 01 December 2011

I went in to the Stop Smoking Easy Way day course a bit sceptical, and honestly, was when I left too. I got into my car and drove home… and didn’t light up!! That was at the beginning of June 2011, it is now November 2011! I have not thought about having a cigarette, wanted one, craved one… that’s all in your head! My friends say that I’m doing really well but its not that, it’s not a hardship that I have stopped… It IS EASY!!! I am so impressed with this. I was on 40 a day and the fag ran my life!! Now I am going to the gym, my asthma is getting better and I am planning to Trek the Great Wall of China for charity next year! Now I run my life! Thank you Allen Carr’s Easyway!!
Charlotte Holding 19 November 2011

I am in awe of the fact I stopped smoking with this method. I’ve been stopped for 7 days now and can’t quite believe how easy it has been. I honestly feel like I have never smoked. It’s quite unbelievable but ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Thank you Allen, so, so much. I am from Bonnyrigg, Midlothian, near Edinburgh in Scotland.
Vicky Bee 09 November 2011

8 months down, the longest I have ever gone without smoking. Thank you for helping with my life plan, to quit before I was 40 and to stay a non smoker. Still get the odd latent memory (fewer and fewer) but now have the tools to consider in perspective and dismiss.
David Coley 09 November 2011

1yr down, rest of my life to go!! thank you so much!!
martyn collins 06 November 2011

I atended the clinic with a friend as she did not want to come alone. I knew it would not work on me, as I had tried just about every other method, and I loved my ciggies, but as a refund was guaranteed, I was not concerned. Some 11 years or so later, I am still amazed that I have never needed or wanted another cigarette. Thankyou so very much.
Krystyna Harris 27 October 2011

Its been 1 week, 2 hours, 18 mins since my last fag !!!! What a great course at Telford..not looked back at all…if I can do it anyone one can do it
Nick Wright 25 October 2011

Thank you a million Allen Carr!!! I never thought this would work fo me and even as I was leaving the clinic on 20th oct 2011, I thought how on earth could this work?! I felt no different. Since then I have not had one craving and have not smoked nor do I want to! It is amazing, not sure how it works but it certainly does! Thank you again!!!!!
Brana 21 October 2011

Jitesh 13 October 2011

Hello there
I attended a session at the Raynes Park clinic on 26 February 2011 ran by Colleen. I didn’t want to email too soon after the session to be sure I wasn’t tempting fate…! But I’m now approaching the 8 month mark and I’ve not smoked since that day. I’d read the Easy Way book a few years before the therapy session (well nearly all of it, I decided I wasn’t quite ready to quit before finishing the book – stupid me!)… So I knew I believed in the method – but I still can’t quite believe the magic worked on me that day. I was still doubting my ability to quit as I left the session and as the days turned into weeks afterwards. Now I know I’m cured for good, I look at smokers with deep pity. I know what it’s like to walk to the station in the morning thinking I need to smoke those stinking, poisonous sticks. I used to get stressed if I didn’t have a packet on me. All I can say is that quitting is quite easy and remarkable. The one thing you probably need is the desire inside you to want to quit (which eventually came to me). If you have that – then just go to a session – that’s what I would tell anyone now. It’s really like magic! Thank you SO much, Colleen. Life is much better, more comfortable and enjoyable without worrying about those dirty fags at every spare moment.
Sarah Synott 11 October 2011

After 55 years at approx 20 per day and thousands spent on trying to ‘cure’ my smoking habit I attended a seminar on 25.9.11.
I have not smoked since. I have no idea how it works but I thank God that it does. I have passed all the info I have on to my doctor for people with heavy addictions. Thank you
Margaret Turner 05 October 2011

After smoking for 15 years I attended the Allen Carr course and now 4 days later have absolutely no desire to smoke EVER again! Every time i see someone smoking it makes me pity them…THANK YUOU FOR SAVING ME FROM SMOKING!!!!
Rick Keen 05 October 2011

Giving up smoking was easy. I had done it hundreds of times. Smoking over 50 cigarettes a day for more than 35 years was a well established ‘need’ that was an essential part of my everyday life from the moment I awoke until the second I fell asleep. All that was true until I attended a session at an Alan Carr’s clinic. It only took an afternoon of my time and the cost paled into insignificance compared to how much money I was setting alight with my habit. That was 10 years ago next month. To this day I am still amazed at how simple and swift it was to stop smoking and become a non-smoker.
Paul 28 September 2011

I still cannot believe i smoked. I know i once did. but that was over a month ago, and lasted twenty years. I cant get over the whole conspiracy that makes us think we cannot stop easily. The NHS smoking services are a disgrace, The Allen Carr easy way is the only way. No patches, no gum, no pills. NO NONSENSE> NO SMOKING> i have given nothing up, i have just reclaimed my birthrights. From my vision, to my breathing, to a clear head and no stress from being an addict., my life gets better everyday. thankyou so so much. you helped me to see that smoking is just pointless. its the biggest con in the world. I would love to work for you !!!!
noel harris 25 September 2011

I attended a session back in June and have not looked back since. Having smoked since I was 15 years old (i’m now 40) I tried everything over the years to help me stop smoking to no avail. 2 of my family members also stopped at the same time on Zyban – they re-started last month and this is when I finally realised that I have absolutely not intention of smoking again. They were quitting using will power and when a stressful situation came upon them, they went straight back to it – I am trying to get them to Easyway to stop once and for all. They cannot believe how I have continued not to smoke as they believe I am missing a pleasure, I most definately am not and loving my life and myself! If you seriously are interested in not smoking, this is 100% the best way ever. I am so pleased I do not smoke and can now get on with my life – thank you!
Kate Curston 11 September 2011

I wish I could meet the lady who ran the course I went to in Bournemouth back in May/June to thank her properly! I went from a 20 (more if I’m honest and 40 at weekends) to being a non-smoker during that session. I have tried everything before, all the drugs, patches, willpower methods on the market with no success. I have read the Allen Carr book, watched the DVD and that didn’t work for me but this clinic did. I feel so much better, happier and wealthier!! My kids are just thrilled, and my friends say how lovely it is to spend time with me when I’m not popping out for a cigarette every 10 minutes, I didn’t realise how much my smoking impacted on everyone around me. I literally wake up every morning feeling so happy that I don’t have to smoke anymore, that I don’t want to smoke anymore – I don’t feel any urge to smoke even sitting with friends who do smoke, if anything I just feel a bit sorry for them that they still have to smoke. I could not believe that 4/5 hours in a session could turn me from a serious smoker to someone who just simply doesn’t want to smoke any more, I know I could if I wanted to but why on earth would I want to! I finally feel free of cigarettes and it’s the best feeling in the world – thank you!
Kate Anson 08 September 2011

Hi, I’d like to tell you that yesterday was the tenth anniversary of the day I went to Raynes Park for my first Easyway session.
I remember the whole journey and what I did before including coffee and cigarettes in Cafe Rouge in Wimbledon.
I started the course late in the afternoon. I can’t remember my therapist’s name but I remember him very well.
I was told I was cured but found it hard to believe. As we left through the door, I felt that we were jumping out of a plane and the guy was saying “Don’t worry, I’ve packed your parachute, you don’t need to check”. I had to trust him that it was going to be OK.
I immediately went to a coffee shop for a coffee to test it out. I didn’t “want” a cigarette. I was “worried” that I would want a cigarette. That’s how it remained for a few weeks until I realised that I wasn’t going to “want” one and that everything was OK.
I smoked about 30 cigarettes a day for 14 years. I never once tried giving up but I always saw myself as a non-smoker in the future. An acquaintance of mine told me how he and an older friend of his father’s went to Allen Carr some years earlier and never smoked again. I felt that from that moment I knew that would be me too.
On 21st August 2001 I went to Allen Carr’s Easyway and I have not smoked since. I haven’t even wanted a cigarette in that time and I never had a struggle with will-power. There was no struggle of any kind.
I want to thank you all again.
Regards,
David Fleming 22 August 2011

It has been over 3 and a half years since smoking my last cigarette at Allen Carr’s in Birmingham. Before then I was smoking 40+ a day and not feeling good on it so many thanks x
Alison Cartwright 15 August 2011

My wife and I attended a clinic 3-weeks ago on 23rd July and neither of us have wanted a cigarette since. Both of us smoked 20 a day for more than 35 years, so pretty impressed with the results. Won’t deny that there have been some difficulties associated with lifetsyle and the odd bout of feeling low, but these have been short-lived and are getting less frequent. Main thing though is that we have not felt like having a cigarette during these episodes. Amazing really.
George + Shirley, Basildon, Essex. 12 August 2011

Hi
So looks like I won’t be cashing in on the 3 month money back guarantee :-)
104 days now and clear and free.
Thanks
Chris 05 August 2011

I attended the session on 9th July at the Birmingham Clinic and haven’t touched a cigarette since. I was a heavy smoker 25+ a day for the last 14 years and stopped just like that. I have had some withdrawal symptoms, my body and brain craving nicotine but the actual thought of putting one of those dirty sticks to my mouth again just horrified me. I was worried on the day that I would be the one to fail but Rob assured me it had worked and it has. If you have any doubts about this technique then dont, it really does work, 3 1/2 weeks later I am now feeling confident to spread the word because after so many failed attempts before I didn’t think that this would work but the proof is there. It has already paid for itself everything else now is just a bonus!!! I have been out on the town with friends all standing around me smoking and it didn’t bother me one little bit, I actually felt quite sorry for them. I can now look forward to a healthy future thanks,
Shauna Ashton East Midlands 03 August 2011

I used to smoke between 25-30 cigarettes a day. Every Day. I was afraid that I would miss smoking, miss fag breaks at work, Miss socially smoking, Miss the fag after dinner, Miss the first fag of the day, Miss the fag whilst driving. I thought of every occasion I would have a cigarette and imagined how horrible it would be. I WAS WRONG. I went on the 1 day course in March 2010 and now its August 2011 and I still have not smoked. I’m only back on this website because I’m sending a friend a link. I can honestly say that stopping was easy, straight forward and I didn’t put on weight, eat more or become stressed like everyone tells you. I have recommended it to many people, All of whom have attended and are now non-smokers.

There really is nothing to lose, Book it! I really could save your life!
Danny 03 August 2011

Three years and three months later and not one cigarette smoked. The bestest thing I’ve ever done and it was soooo easy. Thank you Mr Carr, you’re truly a life saver. Anyone can do this because there is nothing to give up :), honest!
Ivana Petrovich 06 July 2011

I’m now on day 4 of being a non-smoker and can’t believe how easy this is so far! I attended an Easyway clinic in Glasgow on 2nd July and left feeling that I was the one who was going to struggle and fail – everyone else was really positive at the end and already felt like non-smokers. I was a bit worried to be honest! But – this really has been a surprise to me. I’m feeling great, really positive and the withdrawal symptoms have been minor and so easy to cope with. I know it is only day four but I can only compare it to the times and methods I have tried before. At this point I would be raging at all around me and practically chewing my fingers off. Not this time – I’m genuinely happy to be free and know that I will not have another cigarette. You need to try this way if you genuinely want to be free from cigarettes. Go to a clinic (you can even use Tesco points, which are tripled when you buy Easyway vouchers) or read the book. This does work!
Janey 06 July 2011

40 a day to zero a day. Simple as that. 220 pounds for the treatment – it was cheap
Christopher Elsdon 03 July 2011

Today is my two-year anniversary since my last cigarette at the Allen Carr clinic. I remember because it’s 4th July – Independence Day, which I thought was quite appropriate.
We left the clinic feeling no different, but then I noticed after a while that I hadn’t really thought about smoking at all. Since then I just haven’t wanted a cigarette. No cravings at all. Admittedly, there’ve been moments when I’ve had a small twinge (nostalgia, usually) but it’s so easy to bat away I barely notice it. I am absolutely a non-smoker, whereas it used to feel like a key element of my life, almost part of my identity.
I’m extremely grateful. I recommend it to anyone struggling to give up. If you’re worried about the price of the clinic, mine paid for itself after two and a half months of not shelling out for Marlboros. I just worked out that I’ve saved £1,920 by not spending on cigarettes the last couple of years.
Benedict 04 July 2011

I quit over 6 months ago. In retrospect, I can’t believe how easy it has been. I should have done so a long time ago! Good luck to everyone.
Rem – London 27 June 2011

8 weeks since I went on the seminar in Brighton, it’s been really easy I’m certain I’ll never want to smoke again, forget nicotine replacement, do the seminar and just stop no pain just happiness you’ve moved on from smoking. I would suggest every smoker who ever has considered quitting try Alan Carr and be set free from smoking forever.
Callum Johnson 17 June 2011

I came to one of these seminars on wednesday 10th june 2009, i was 53 years old and a smoker of 38 years. On the day of the seminar i was recovering from yet another chest infection. My G.P.had nagged me for years to stop smoking and for years i had not heeded his advice.I have to go to an asthma clinic once a year to access how my lungs are,2 years ago they did a lung fuction test that showed i had the lungs of a 85 year old, my G.P. told me that if i carried on smoking i would end up in a wheel chair and i would be fortunate to live until i was 60, and even then my quality of life would be terrible. My wife and i and our friends of 28 years love our holidays abroad and this was the incentive i needed. Thanks to you i have not touched a cigarette for over 2 years, i don’t get out of breath walking and my lung fuction test in december 2010 showed my lungs are that of a man my age. I feel so much fitter and so much healthier.
chris, Shirley 16 June 2011

I attended the Stevenage clinic with Kim Bennet on 2nd April 2011 and have not had a cigarette since. I had been smoking 20 a day for 7 years before this and went straight from 20 a day to none!! I will admit that I have had some cravings since the course but it has enabled me to understand what this craving is and how to deal with it effetively, I know I will never smoke again. One thing that has really stayed with me is Kim saying ‘ a cigarette will only ever make a good situation bad and a bad situation worse’ – so true. Kim was great and I am recommending the method to everyone I know. The book was given to me by a relative who successfully became a non-smoker after reading it. I started it 4 times and never got to the last chapter. I realised I needed to go to the clinic and would recommend doing so if you struggle with the book. Thank you so much.
Emma Argent 13 June 2011

I went on this seminar last Wednesday and have not smoked since. Emma, the lady who took the course, was brilliant and inspirational. I would advise every one to go on this, because it doesn’t only wake you up to the brain washing of smoking, but in fact how brain washed we are in every way. It seems to have had some kind of spiritual awakening for me. Thank you to you all!!!!!
Dean 12 June 2011

5 and a half weeks now, still free from the cigarettes, and actually thinking about cigarettes much less, over an hour this morninging from waking up to actually seeing someone smoking and thinking “oh yes, smoking, I don’t do that any more” :) And by my calculations (2 packs of cigarettes a day) I am now in profit after paying for the seminar :) Looks like I won’t be claiming on that money back gurantee any time soon. Many Thanks
Chris 31 May 2011

OH MY GOODNESS I CANT ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH PAUL, ATTENDED THE CLINIC ON SAT 6TH JUNE IN GLASGOW AND CANT BELIEVE HOW GOOD I FEEL STILL FELT A BIT APPREHENSIVE THROUGHOUT THE SEMINAR BUT ASTOUNDED TO HOW I FEEL AND THINK TOWARDS SMOKING, CANT EVER THANK YOU ENOUGH, CAROLE XXXXXXXXXX

I AM A NON-SMOKER!!! I can’t believe it worked? There is no logical explanation. I finished the last page and I was done! (Even “forgot” to have my “last” smoke!) I can sit with my daughter (who is now reading the book)and son-in-law while they are smoking…it’s easy! Thank you, thank you..and God bless my friend who recommended the book. I will pass this on to anyone who wants to be a non-smoker.

Thank you Cris, you helped me achieve my lifetime ambition. I ran the London Marathon two weeks ago. I stopped smoking in August 2010 and started training, such a good feeling when your legs get tired before your lungs! Guide dogs are happy too, I raised £1500. Four of my friends have stopped with the clinic in London after seeing what I have achieved, I will be 50 this year and am running around like a spring chicken.
Karen 24 April 2011

Hi !
I have done the seminar and since then I’m a happy non-smoker, I know it is still early days but I’m quite confident that it will stay that way !
I’m feeling very positive, not suffering. I cant believe the huge difference there is between stopping thanks to the will power and the easyway. When I have tried to stop without help (meaning the easyway) it was such a miserable experience as if I was sacrificing something which is not true !

It is the best money I have spent and will recommend it highly !

i attended my first easy way session in reading in October 2010, as i walked out i felt elated that i would never smoke again and was absolutely convinced i would not. however by the following morning i was desperate for a cigarette and so upset and felt a failure that i called up the helpline. they were great and i ended up having a cigarette!! i attended the second session which also was not successful for me, although with the support from easyway i did not feel like i failed but that i had not suceeded just yet but maight the next time. i think the pressure we put on ourselves not to smoke is so overwhelming that we make it harder to stop!!!
i went to the third session now thinking i would never stop and that at least i would get my money back!!! i ended up be the only participant and got alot of benefit from that as i was more open of how i was feeling. i think the culmination of the previous sessions and the third i felt in a better place to stop, and felt i was no longer under pressure to give up, but that my mind was rationalizing what smoking is to me!!!
i walked out of the session at 2pm on the 26th January 2010 and have not had a cigarette since!! it was really easy and only had a few wobbles, but not ever gave in. in my mind i know i will never smoke again and i can honestly say i have never before felt like thi when i have given up. now i enjoy being with my smoking friends, and not smoking. i feel free and clean after all this time. i do believe that changing the way you think about smoking is the way to conquer it, so thank you Allen Carr for given me the tools to achieve something that was going to kill me, and ruined my life for so long.

I have now been smoke-free for three months. Before doing the clinic I read other people’s testimonials, and always took them with a pinch of salt. But here I am three months later saying the same things! It really was easy. And I can sit with groups of smoker friends and not even feel tempted.

No-one can believe that I’ve stopped so easily after 18 years of smoking. This was my first and only attempt at giving up and I feel so much better for it! It feels so good to be free of cravings and thinking about smoking all the time – and so good not to be spending all that money on cigarettes!

Give it a try – you really have nothing to lose!

I visitied the London clinic back in October last year and haven’t looked back since. Six months on and I know I’ll never smoke again and it really was easy! I’d previously read the book and managed to quit for a couple of months, but visiting the clinic was the trick for me. Well worth the cost which I have now saved three times over by not smoking. It’s an amazing sense of freedom knowing that I no longer need to smoke. Thanks to all at Allen Carr’s Easyway!

Thank you. It works. I am now a happy non-smoker and for the rest of my life.

I’m 43 years old and I’ve been a smoker since I was 16. I smoked between 20-30 a day for most of this time. I had made many attempts to quit, usually by will power sometimes with the use of patches or medication with varying sucess, though rarely managing to stay completely off cigarettes for more than a couple of months. I particualry found it hard to break certain rituals, like starbucks cappaucino and my first cigarettte on the way to work! Not smokign while out drinking and scoialising was always difficult to the point I would avoid these occasions for fear of relapsing.

I attended a one day course at a Allen Carr clinic in Wimbledon in early September 2010 and I’ve never smoked or felt the desire to smoke since. I’ve been to countless weddings parties and other big social gatherings and not felt the desire to smoke at any of them. I can comfortably chat with people while they smoke and all I feel is pity for them. No more jumping in the car past midnight to rush to the petol garage for cigarettes, feeling panic when my ligher flint breaks and other such stuff.

This was totally the best thing I’ve doen for years, thanks so much. Its truly life changing.

I can’t believe I used to smoke! It’s been over 5 weeks since the session/last smoke and I’m feeling great. In fact, I had to look up the date of the session to work out how long it’s been since I stopped; because I haven’t been counting the days, instead I’ve just been getting on with life.

I don’t mind my friends smoking, I still go outside with them when they do. I’ve even got hideously drunk down the pub (on no less than 4 different occasions) and haven’t been the slightest bit tempted to light up.

I’m free after 15 years and it feels superb! Thanks to Emma for getting across the messages in such a well structured and logical manner.

All, I went to the clinic in London in August 2010 and was very apprehensive. The therapist was very ‘human’ and treated us all as adults. She was great at answering any questions and concerns we had and I walked away afterwards convinced i would be smoking by the end of the day. I haven’t touched a cigarette since and nor do i want too. I have been smoke free for almost 8 months and don’t miss it a bit. Be open minded, relaxed and let the Easy Way work for you…
